i related so much to valentina’s mental health story in a hispanic family with depression and anxiety to the point where you end up at the hospital because you are so scared and feel like you will die. Then finding god and peace through him. i wish i could thank her for sharing everything. ❤

Absolutely loved this episode! Despite their life challenges they’ve be able to grow, mature, and are so inspirational! I can relate to Jayco on how he came to find God & surrender to his life to him. That was beautiful. Valentina’s childhood drama and broken relationships with her parents was exactly how mine was. Thank God she’s in a better place! May God continue to bless them both 🫶

I relate so much to Jayco’s childhood. I grew up watching my parents argue verbally and physically abuse. The day my parents separated I felt peace, but was also difficult at the same time since I was only 13. Experiencing that so young caused me to have so much anger issues and not be able communicate my thoughts/feelings the right way… God bless you both !! ♥️

I experienced this exact same thing ! It really affects us when we grow up ! I thankfully forgave my parents without them ever saying sorry , and it’s our job to get better and not mimicking that behavior it’s hard but possible

I think him going celibate was a way of healing how he viewed women and sex in a relationship and I truly respect that. Prior to him committing to Christ he made so many misogynistic jokes and he toned that down cause (imo) he stopped viewing women as objects. Part of me wished he didn’t have this perspective prior to dating vale cause now she had to wait for him to know her on a deeper not intimate level but glad it came from his self reflection and not her own
