Just turned 75 and can still make gains. Some of my lifts are PRs, stronger now than decades ago. Herniated 2 discs in 1980, doc said I'm done lifting. Unfortunately, I listened for a few years. Medicine finally caught up to me, and now I train again. Love the motivation I get from following along with you and Dave. Your story proves that vision, hard work and a strong network pay great dividends and create an enjoyable, successful life. Thanks.

Jay and Dave love hearing your stories. Turning 60 in October :) Feeling great and still training 4 to 5 times a week. Old school is the best time of my life, and I still adore old school things. I believe everyone goes through a period in their life when money is an issue. It's important that when you're in a relationship, you don't blame the other for the problems that arise, but instead, work together to overcome them. I went through this with my soulmate, and now, after 6 years, we have our own blueberry farm (am I too old to start this now?) Some wonder. Well, no, I'm still alive and kicking here :). As Jay says, people always focus on age, but it's you who writes your own book, so make it a thick one. Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it, and I hope to see Jay in Romania, where I've been living for 17 years.

The Jaywalking videos has got to be my favorite thing to watch! They’re relaxing, motivating, fun and enjoyable. Like for example today I was not planning to do any cardio at all because yesterday’s leg day but when I seen it uploaded it encouraged me to get out and walk around at least a little bit listening to it at the same time and so I did. 🎯✨👍

Jay, as usual great video with Dave. The two of you riffing off one another is perfection. You have transcended the sport of bodybuilding. You have a great deal to offer people who need help and motivation in their daily lives. Towards the end of the video you began to touch on the importance of personal relationships and how much the audience loves the conversational aspects of your videos. The audience loves it because we see the genuineness of your message. The next part of your career should be about helping people live their best life but not only through exercise. Your 50’s and 60’s should be about building an empire centered on helping people through motivation and positivity. Keep sharing your story and spreading the word about what drove you to be successful. Thanks for everything! By the way, I’m 59 years old and the best part of my day is from 5 - 8am when I’m in the gym and then go home to walk my dog!!

Jay always seems low stress which is wonderful for maintaining healthy cortisol levels and that can help with longevity. I’ve been cutting my caffeine intake which is making such an amazing effect to me. I used to take 300-400mg a day for the past 15+ years. Making little changes like this has helped me feel reinvigorated and I realize I don’t need so much caffeine to get through the day. I’ve been keeping my maximum caffeine intake to 200mg maximum spread out through the day and I’ll probably strive for less too as time goes on. I’m not as stressed out feeling and I’m not itching to take more caffeine due to me feeling stressed. It’s helped with my thinking processes, exercising, outlook on life, as well as the entire picture.

The beginning spill on age was dope..I just turned 40 and when I speak to others about it it's always like a wierd convo about getting old and whatnot, in my head though I am thinking how is it possible that they see age like that..I still be running around, just joined the gym again, ride my bike, still have high hopes of accomplishing alot...I haven't even traveled like I want to...and plenty of other things I still am putting together...perspective I guess..thanks for the Motivation to stay at it.

I hate how clueless people are about age and sports. Once you're 18, your age should be 18 plus. I'm an athlete in my early 30s and I'm more athletic than ever, I "overtrain" often and recover lightening quick. I've worked out my whole life but I haven't been competing in sports in around 10 years so I don't have the wear and tear that causes athletes to think about retiring in their 30s. I can compete for a long time. I've been training for Boxing weekly for 2 years, trained off and on since Elementary School but now I'm at my absolute best and I'm training for Football again to see if I finally get a good opportunity. Something you'll wanna hear is that me and a lot of people witching don't really think about your age when it's not brought up or thinking about the Birthday transformation. I just enjoy the videos, seeing you live it up to the fullest and training. Keep inspiring bro.

20:45 exactly. It makes us all feel relatable. The gym itself if you've been training long enough is pretty much the same year in and year out. Be consistent, do the basic exercises until failure, hit your macros and get proper sleep. Seeing people's lives outside the gym hits home.

Well that was a nice Jay Walk. Man, it may not seem like it to you now, but you are still young in comparison to those of us who are 70 and over. We never know what life will throw at us as we continue to age. No one does. So much can happen in your life that you never expected. You may never get those bone spurs and osteoarthritis in your major joints that limit your activity. You know that you have to exercise so you don't lose whatcha got. You have to learn how much is to much. Money is a good thing but it's not the most important thing. Everyone has a predetermined size of their needs in life. Some people are driven while others are perfectly happy with just having enough to live. It's a wonderful thing that you share your life with us. Thanks for being unselfish and a person who has great understanding.

fighting for your dreams vs just working a job that just gets you to the end of the week is something that sadly most people can only dream of. Weather its lacked due to raising a family or self confidence and anything related to that. My dream is to make a healthy living while traveling. The last 3 years i've been investing my time and money into filming/editing and till this day today, i've gained no significant success. It would be a easy decision to just sell everything and work that construction job with the 401k that my family wants me to. Instead of giving up, im working on other things that could turn out to be bigger that would benefit filming/editing in the future. The successor always has a story of who they are today and right now, im building my story for my dream success. As a vegas Native, I have grown to be a true fan of your story, the success you have made and the brand you have developed here in Las Vegas. Stay Strong 💪

Love the jay walk videos! Definitely lots of inspiration for me. I had my ups and downs with life. Worked out off and on over the years. Now I'm 38 years old, I do a lot of physical activities from scuba diving, hunting, commercial crab fishing, even playing music on stage. I love the things I do, getting in shape and eating healthy will help longevity.. so I'm getting fit for 40🤘💪

18:11 I'm with you on that Jay. I have never understood the appeal of alcohol unless the sole purpose is to get drunk. In terms of taste, any time I've tried wine I realized how much I would like it if it were just grape juice (or POM). I went to Cozumel one time with my gf and we were in the pool which had a huge bar right on the side and the Mexican bartender laughed at me when I ordered a pina colada with no rum.

Started lifting in the fifties. Olympic style competition, Press, snatch, clean and jerk. Moved into bodybuilding mid sixties, had a few extended layoffs with a bicep tendon tear, rotator cuff playing softball, then had an above the knee amputation due to a motorcycle accident. Started lifting pretty seriously after that to build my upper body strength. Caught Covid and it has taken a while to bounce back from that. Started lifting serious again last October and now at seventy-nine, I look almost as good as I did in my forties. I have a small frame which has always made me a hard gainer but that’s an advantage as well because it gives me the potential for a small waist. I was at twenty-eight when I was competing and I’m now at thirty. Forty-five inch chest, so pretty good there. Point being, it’s never too late to start. Just pick up the weights or sit down on the machine, whatever you can do, and start pushing.

We all heard age is only 2 digits ...Well I always compare myself with a great bottle of Bordeaux vintage wine. .The oldest , mature wine will always be better ..We the same we can slow down the aging process by many different ways ..Don't bother about age and even like brand new car can get issues ..Be healthy , smart ,fit , eat well , recover well, stress less and enjoy life and the gym .In few days i will turn 55 and I really don't see myself mentally and physically as a 55 ..but more as a 25 years old as my body is far much better now than he ever been. So do the right things and have fun you will look younger....Jay thanks for your inspirational videos and you are amazing athlete , bodybuilder and person ..you look what you want you to look ..You look great for a 30 years old :)

I can relate, I’ve had bad body and self image. I keep going to the gym @ age 50. And now I just don’t care, because i’m embracing the pain, soreness’s and just enjoying the process to better shape. I didn’t grow up working out. And now, I see dudes even older than me working out and it’s awesome. When i was younger I was so focused on earning a living, and now I just don’t care. I embrace the the changes and pain and it makes me feel authentic….if that makes any sense.

I like the t-shirt. I’m down 15 lbs, since May 21, and I’m stronger and more muscular. I’m not taking anabolics. Frankly, I’d like to take a little bit, but don’t want to break the law and would not know where to get them. I do have a lot of knowledge of how to use food for an anabolic reaction. Jay inspires me because, coincidentally, he trains and eats much as I have done since my youth. I get inspiration from watching and listening to Jay. I ask myself “what would Jay do? “ That is a great saying to put on a t-shirt Jay.
