That's a deadlift, constant tension on the muscle, no dropping the weight at the top like all the ego lifters do

When I powerlifter I trained for my Deadlifts after dads we did High Pulls. We would alternate Regular deals with stiff legged deals. Great for your erectors and hamstrings.

Crazy how when you have the right genetics, diet, training combined with certain "supplements" all mixed together, the results that even someone at 17/18 years old can get

My (5’2 125lbs) calves have always been been a bigger than my husbands (5’10) and I barely exercise. It runs in the family. How to shrink them is my question.

How on earth would I get anything done if I needed 72 hours rest for each body part. You basically only be able to work out two days a week a push day and a pull day besides legs... Especially since biceps are involved in everything pulling same with triceps and pushing

I feel like bodybuilding needs to evolve into something different now because we've already reached the natural (and even unnatural) potential of the human body. Yeah there will always be that unicorn with perfect genetics who comes along but then the rest of the competition will just be physiques we've already seen. Like where do you go from here, guys who are 1000 lbs shredded? That would just be grotesque. I don't know, let me know if you disagree!
