That was awesome! Aaron's face at the end was just perfection!!! Way to go Danny!!!!! -excuse my excitement here- but I do love a good story. It's just so realistic and so different from other gay storylines! I'm happy with the way things are going and I just hope that they hold on to this winning streak - kudos writers.

True because Aaron explained later that he hadn't had love so couldn't express it but he did love Jackson. Jackson wanted to end it because he felt unloved but Aaron admitted he did love him but it was too late. Jackson had the accident and he was scared. Didn't know Brenda was that dumb. Thought the Amazon basin was the company, not the rainforest and the joke about Morissey went over her head. The way Jackson ran after Aaron was so cute because Aaron was running after him before. Don't like the foreshadowing of his mother saying his fingers falling off just like Aaron saying it was his last birthday

I love the relationship between Jackson and his mother. She loves him as a son and was able to recognize that he is an adult and respect him at that. The way he protect her when Aaron screams at her during their argument: "Don't talk to her like way"; I totally love that. I am slowly falling in love with the character of Jackson. If Aaron does not want him, I can totally be with someone like Jackson.

@JESSJUSTJESS Thank you for that. Lenny about drove me crazee with his issues, but when he finally admitted to Carsten that he loved him, it was awesome. One of the saddest scenes was Lenny running after Carsten when he drove off from the home he was sharing with his str8 friend. (Sorry, I forget his name). Lenny standing there watching Carsten drive away was painful.

The writers as well as the actors have done an excellent job trying to define a non-stereotypical Gay commited (key word) relationship. It's very hard for two YOUNG Gay men, one still a teenager and struggling with his emotions, to even say the "L" word, let alone have a clue about love. For those of us that have been in a LTR, I think we understand a bit better just how rocky it can be, especially at the start.

If only Aaron saw what he had at this point and not push Jackson away. Like chas and Jackson said, he didn't let himself be happy. It got worse when Jackson got injured but it was almost too late as Jackson felt he couldn't offer Aaron anything and that was when Aaron realised what he had

the whole thing about this episode that got aaron upset was that jacson didn't even bother to talkto aaron first before he did it. Jackson should have talked to him first yes.. but teh real thing that should ahve done was to approach a lawyer or the cops about him. then it would have been in those hands. Jackson doesn't trust aaron and aaron doesn't trust himself either but for different reasons.

In the words of their theme song by Snow Patrol... JUST SAY YES!! * i really think this song embodies them both.. they both want to but struggle with other issues and have troubles getting past them. This couple is definately unequally yoked. and Unfortunatly it makes it hard to make a go of those kind of relationships. Some do yes but i fear for this one. :(

@JESSJUSTJESS I thought jackson had already said he had loved jackson before too but to me that was such a nice surprise for jackson to say it here. poor jackson was trying to do the right thing because he didn't wnt to see aaron get hurt but yes you are right to aaron t looked like jackson didn't trust him. it turned into a bad misunderstanding and that is why jackson was so frantic trying to clear things up.

I like that the writers have created this type of conflict. Aaron is still newly minted gay. the business of his lover and his lovers mother moving in so quickly was a bit too much. Not to mention the holiday. Neither situation was really believable. But this. This is believable. Young man,fresh out of the closet,never had a real relationship, all of a sudden confronted with someone who really truly loves him. Scary as hell

@JESSJUSTJESS Barring what happens to couples in soaps... I believe that Jackson will stand by Aaron thru this process. He has come out and told him that he loves him. That hit Aaron right between the eyes. Aaron will have to digest that and perhaps tell Jackson the same thing some time soon. We can only hope. From all that I have read, Jackson ain't goin' nowhere anytime soon.

I can't see where aaron will feel his relationship with Jackson will be tested through paddy being the one but Jackson yes.. Unless Jackson is pivotal in helping aaron get through it

Everyone has thier own views on to who is the domanant person in here.. but if you ask me.. they are both dominant. The writers have done a great Job in not showing the steriotypical characteristic of either one or the other. They have remainied as 2 men trying to get through a relationship which is hard enough. Just ask those of us who have been in one for years and years. Not only that But they are also dealing with many Aaron issues and Aaron trying to come to grips with his sexuality.

@Caglehead268 Get a clue. Aaron is NOT an ass. Actually this ep shows he has more of a grip than people give him credit. For the first time, he challenged Jackson stating "-paraphrased: You like everyone else believe I'm some sort of thug sorting everything out with my fists. You assumed I was going after Mickey when in fact I was worried he may come after me... ect." And for the first time, Jackson for all his "wit,cynicism and maturity" had to stop hiding behind it and admit the truth.

@JESSJUSTJESS To say I have not seen any growth in Aaron's character leaves one wondering... He HAS come to grips with being gay after the court appearance. He HAS NOT come to grips with his anger issues. Not watching the show from his introduction, I have no idea what abuse he encountered with his father. A BF can only put up with so much and then they need to cut him loose. Myself or NONE of my gay friends would put up with the anger Aaron displays with Jackson. It's time to move on.

@JESSJUSTJESS I guess I just don't get what people are ultimately expecting out of a several-months-long relationship, if not love. I mean, Aaron and Jackson have been together for quite a while now, and they've seen each other at their worsts. Yet when things were falling apart over the past few days, they both chased after the other one to stay together. It just seems to me that it shouldn't have been quite such a shock for Aaron.

@JESSJUSTJESS Tumultuous isn't even close in describing my first HUGH crush! lol... I fell for a guy I met in a bar and he and I were on-again, off-again for a few months. This went on until I couldn't stand it anymore. There were times when I would sit at home and hope the phone would ring and mostly, it never did. I swore that I would never get that involved with anyone again. A few months later, on a sunny Sunday afternoon downtown, I met the love of my life. Go figure...

Aaron as a character obviously has great issues when showing affection to Jackson, possibly because he feels its a sign of weakness, for all we know both these characters keep all affection and sex within the bedroom simply for Aarons sake. As soon as Aaron as a character becomes more confortable with his sexuality, that is when we as viewers can complain about the lack of physical affection that is being or rather not being shown.
