Simms explained all these questions. He likes penix more year one, he thinks Daniels has more potential. He doesn’t like ranking rookies high since they haven’t done anything yet in the NFL. He also is trying to rank the QBs in a vacuum. Ignoring their teams. Don’t shoot the messenger, I don’t necessarily agree with his takes.

Chris Simms is getting nervous about Drake Maye's performance in camp. A the national level people are starting to take notice. Talent wise he's superior to Jacoby Brissett. He just needs experience.

Everyone on the outside is just waiting for proof that the QB can win double digit games and if he can win with the Coaches, Coordinators, and Players on the team. Can history really change for the positive? The same thing is being asked about each new Rookie QB this season because everyone has seen so many 1st Rd. Rookie QBs fail over and over. Not every single drafted QB this season is going to succeed.
