Sadly even with all the missed calls there were still way too many flags in that game on both sides. The referees across the league were bad last week. I'm already NOT a fan of replay getting involved and overturning penalties either. It happened in a few games last week. Either allow teams to challenge flags as they did for a season or don't. They need to stop this crap of where they can get involved but only on certain plays. It just makes it seem rigged. They threw to many flags for stupid stuff and missed really bad blatant calls.

If the channel is about breaking down the a22.. then you watch for the breakdown.. if you don’t want the breakdown then go else where! I think he did a great job! Hope to see more JD in the future.. That’s the current NFL successful Qb. What do any of them have to do with RG3 other than being able to run? Even rg3 said Daniel’s is better than he was.

I believe that the whole deep ball thing is just a confidence thing. Going into his first game he may have wanted to play on the safer side of things. I think in the upcoming weeks he'll get his flow, and we'll see a lot more deep passes.

biggest thing daniels has that others don’t is that he doesn’t want to be “mahomey” he senses pressure he gets out of the pocket, puts his head down and runs, maybe looks quickly for an opening but still he doesn’t run sideways looking for a hero pass like caleb was trying to do

Multiple times he was open. In college JD would tuck and run a lot if 1 or 2 wasn’t there. That’s why Bama sat back in a zone and spied him. They locked him down second half

The play @ 1:08...He never looked towards the strong side of the formation. He had Mccafrey down the seam. Tbh it looked like a designed run so maybe thats why. I feel like he missed several open looks down field but hopefully it was just first game nervousness and jitters.

I am HIGHLY Optimistic about Jayden but I agree with you. LMC up the seam, and also had Terry on the crosser immediately. They Put the defender #8 in conflict with the 2 crossers. Learning moment right there for sure

I'm an LSU fan. He's just like Justin Fields. Very slippery, great runner, excellent deep ball thrower...but takes way too many sacks and doesn't truly know how to play within structure by getting the ball out on time.

Which is the best QB type to have for me? Field General, Improvisor, or Scrambler? I tend to sit in the pocket unless I need to scramble but also do some (not many) option plays. I like a balance between pass and run.

The coaching staff are wanting him to turn his scrambling into downfield throws but why? You are just going to slow down his natural reactions. He is ripping off 20 yard runs for first downs. Thats all you could hope a pass would do. If the concern is how much he is exposed to injury maybe stop calling QB gut and get some tackles to protect him.

Davante won't do him any good with Wylie and Lucas as your guards. Lucas is a great swing tackle but he shouldn't be your number one plan. Wylie is an absolutely fantastic guard but playing him at tackle has been a failed experiment.

i came to this video to watch JD but i ended up keying in on the receivers. When i watched the game i thought jayden was running so much because the recievers werent getting open but a lot of the times the play was there. hopefully jayden learns to stay a passer during scramble drills because the deep shots in chaos were there.

Another thing you weren't able to see is Washington had 8 tackle for loss and should of had around 16-19 tackles for loss total. They just couldn't tackle! Was insane. Yeah from watching the game and rewatching stuff again. He's going to be good. I see him getting better every game. Build around the kid and go win some games.

I know you commented on the ref's a few times in this game, but dude... the officiating was awful. They were making up calls as the game went on. JD5 is likely the best QB out of that draft class and, as long as the Commandos don't RGIII him, he'll be an impossible force to stop for opposing defenses.

Jayden was the only positive coming out of this game for us. The o line was horrendous, Tampa pass rushers shed in like 2 seconds every play, the defensive line couldn't finish a single sack, nobody could tackle, and the secondary was just awful. Also, it didn't help that kliff didn't scheme terry a single play besides that one screen play for like 6 yards. Just awful team performance but jayden was great, a few deep balls missed and little unprotective with the football in the pocket, but I'm not worried, those can easily be fixed. I just don't know about the rest of the team
