This is fantastic! I'm so thankful to Jayden and the Semotan family for sharing this journey.

As Jayden's father I couldn't be more proud of him. For a 9-10 year old boy to be courageous enough to put his heart and soul on paper for 15 months, then evolve it into a book for the world to see and hopefully gain something from is amazing. Then over the last 5 months to share his story with others via radio(103KISS-FM), a book signing event, local newspaper, tv, and especially a Military Program Managers event in San Antonio TX is truly remarkable. Hopefully everyone enjoys the video and purchases the book for even more insight!

What an amazing young man you are Jayden! I know your parents are extremely proud of you! What you've done will help so many other kids (and adults) who are going through something similar to what you did. I think I'll buy this book for my 10 year old son...I'm sure it will help to see the thoughts and feelings that you had while your mom was gone and how you handled them, and help him deal with situations that he might come across. Way to go Jayden! And a HUGE thank you to your mom for her service!
