If it's assisted then it isn't suicide (by definition), and it requires intent so it can't be defined as manslaughter either. It's actually murder, by definition.

The real problem is mass migration. The NHS cannot cope. A family of Pakistanis turned up at my GP straight from Heathrow. They demanded immediate treatment for nine people. My GP (very good Doctor) told them firmly "No". The local Trust demanded he use his limited funds to treat them. Again he said "No" and they backed down. So "No" does work.

I started doing low carb diet about 15 years ago and more recently decided to go carnivore I found it helped me even more. I realised that when doing this with intermittent fasting you don't get hungry and your mind is clearer. Another good thing is earthing and drinking nettle tea. Merry Christmas to you ❤️

I couldn't agree more with you. The legalised drug pushers do all manner of harm... I have been carnivore for coming up three years, had I stayed on carbs like I was told to - I would be in a right old state by now.(or dead) Before I moved my last doctor asked me why I dont come for my check ups, I told him I didnt need to. He sounded offended and got rather sarky - I said IF I needed a doctor I still wouldnt go back there - I'd only ever go to a doctor or hospital if I broke something Health comes from what you eat, drink, think, watch and generally consume and how you act - action. Don't get me wrong my health is not perfect, but it is a heck of a lot better than it was. It is not a race. I will get there. Funny as my mantra has always been - DO the opposite of what you are told!

Getting out in nature is a major form of rebellion indeed. There's plenty of good quality, unbranded, low cost kit out there which you can gradually add to. It's great for both physical & mental health & provides a timeless perspective. Once you have a bit of kit it's basically free so you are no longer feeding the beast. David Whytes poem 'Sometimes' sums it up perfectly for me.

Super, timely (given that it’s almost new year) health advice, Nigel! I agree about leading by example. I’ve lost over 3 stones by intermittent fasting and keeping my net carbs below 50 when I do eat. Lots of animal protein and fat. A few friends have started doing the same - to varying degrees - over this past year, with great success both physically and mentally.

Once people have been conditioned to believe that they need to eat a bucket full of food every single day, the habit of doing so becomes a psycho-emotional dependancy on gluttony. While the solution to being overweight, remains... being active throughout the day, and not eating to excess, We bust these myths by taking responsibility and listening to the body. if what the medical and nutriotional folks are prescribing as a necessity for good health was true, i would have been dead 30 yrs ago, instead, i'm as healthy, and active as anyone i know, and i eat about a 1/4 of what most people put away each day.

I know people who have adopted a low carb diet losing weight and healing many health problems but at a certain point they preferred to return to carbs. My mother-in-law is one of them. She healed but was afraid of what the neighbors would think because she bought so many eggs and eating carbohydrates is an indispensable daily pleasure. I thought that once you understand that we have been lied to about the diet, a person is interested in wanting to find out what else we have been lied to about. But this is not the case for most people. The most important thing for them is to be accepted into society and this is more important than their health and their life and that of their children. They simply have different priorities. I was housebound for 10 years, 7 years ago I started following the ketogenic diet. I lost 30 kilos and now I can leave the house. My example is useless. It only serves people who were born different. For others it is useless. By now I have managed to enter the minds of the NPCs and I already know what they will do in the future

A little something from the past... In Plutarch's Parallel Lives, the scenario you're describing closely aligns with an anecdote from the life of Lysander, specifically in his comparison with Sulla. This particular episode is detailed in the Life of Lysander. Here's the relevant summary: After Lysander, a Spartan general, defeated the Athenians in the Peloponnesian War and helped establish Spartan hegemony, he was involved in various actions to assert Spartan control over other Greek cities. One notable incident is described in relation to the city of Samos after its rebellion against Spartan rule: Samos Rebellion: After Sparta defeated Athens, Samos, which had been an Athenian ally, rebelled against Sparta. Lysander besieged and captured the city. Once Samos was subdued, Lysander imposed harsh measures to ensure compliance and to punish the rebels. Imposing Brothels and Loose Robes: As a means to humiliate and control the Samians, Lysander is said to have encouraged or perhaps even forced the Samians to engage in activities that were considered degrading or decadent by Spartan standards. This included setting up brothels and adopting more luxurious, less disciplined lifestyles, symbolized by wearing loose robes. This act was not only a punishment but also a method of cultural subjugation, aiming to dilute the martial and disciplined ethos of the Samians by promoting a lifestyle more akin to what Spartans would consider corrupt or effeminate. While this specific detail about loose robes and brothels is not as directly stated in all translations or versions of Plutarch's Parallel Lives, the underlying theme of cultural and moral degradation as a form of punishment or control after a rebellion is evident from various sources on the web discussing Lysander's actions: The narrative can be inferred from the discussions on Plutarch's depiction of Lysander's character and his methods for dealing with defeated or rebellious cities. This story illustrates the harsh methods sometimes used by ancient leaders to maintain control over conquered territories, reflecting on the moral and ethical dimensions of leadership and conquest in classical antiquity.
