Love the channel man.. Just found out you're a big Beastie Boys fan and would not be doing their videos, which is totally cool. However, one you may think about putting up anyway is the video for Gratitude and pair it with Pink Floyd's Live in Pomei performance of Eclipse, which you have already done. The Beasties are basically doing a homage to that video. They even have Pink Floyd stenciled on their speaker stacks.. Hey man, it's just a thought and a good excuse to put up a Beasties video.. Thanks for doing what you do..

@@austingallman-brown418 I was curious about this too. Unfortunately I couldn't find a source that compiled all of the times they performed with just socks. But reading old concert reviews from critics, it seems they did it occasionally on their 1983 tour, at least once during their 1985 and 1989 tour, and finally the last verified image I could find from their 2000 tour. So it was very rare in totality, but did happen more than once - which is what I had originally assumed. And that's enough research on dudes wearing socks on their cocks to last me a long time.

Blood Sugar Sex Majick is an absolute masterpiece, not only for funk and rock music but just modern music in general. From beginning to end it just oozes filth and soul. Sir Psycho Sexy is the culmination of it all. Such a powerful, sexual song. Flea’s bass with Frusciante’s guitar is truly a thing of beauty. For the record, RHCP pre-date Primus, but both of them exploded on the national scene at the same time in the early nineties. Flea and Claypool are both gods among men on the bass.

I remember buying this CD shortly after "Under The Bridge" became a hit sensation (I was 21 and had been in military for a year). Several months later after buying a car (after going 3 months without one due to engine go boom in my first car), I made a 10 hour drive to visit relatives and for the first time listened to this CD from start to finish. When this song started I immediately 'dug' it and the instrumental ending was just a perfect was to describe the journey I was on and what I was feeling; it had been almost a decade since I had last seen these particular relatives (grandmother and an aunt). I played that part over and over for at least a half hour, wishing I had a way to make it play continuously forever. I can instantly form an image/movie in my mind of that part of the drive which took place nearly 30 years ago.

You are going to get a lot of comments telling you which song to hear from this album. But the real truth is this is a perfectly 100 percent flawless album. You can pick any track and it will be great. Don’t even follow the comments. Just go track by track in order. Nothing off bssm will let you down. Also, the documentary called “funky monks” about the process of recording this is very interesting. They rented a big house in the hills and lived there together for a month and recorded the whole album like it was summer camp. Just four people in a house isolated from the world for a month made one of the most perfect albums of all time.

Oh mate this is epic. I remember coming back from the pub shit faced rapping in a very slurred way these filthy lyrics as a teen . The funk is at its maximum potency with this saucy little ditty . Loved it
