It’s insane that so many people take issue to a man helping to support a woman with kids who are not his, while the father who is able bodied CHOOSES not to!! Why villainize Ken?? I just don’t get it.

Because Ken is Arionne. He interfered in their marriage and now her "friend" and the "guy he didn't have to worry about" is living in the house with his kids with his ex wife whose case of lia-betes is just as bad as Mia B Lyin'. Something is wrong with a 30+ year old man with 0 biological kids but is quick to claim another man's kids. The "daughter" he claims is his ex's daughter and he's a new parent to Trish's kids who are teenagers?

Ken is an arrogant, spiteful man, I think he should check himself. Marquez is going through something and needs some help getting himself together. Marquez and Trisha have some unfinished business to settle, and it is not just about the children.

I agree Kenneth has a hero complex and needs to stop bragging about paying for stuff. It’s not going to undercut no erase the fact that those kids love their dad and that he is their father. I think that this relationship is unfolding way too heavily in front of the kids, being that Kenneth is not married to Trish. Marquez needs to let the love he has for his children, be greater and outweigh his feelings about Ken being around. I also agree that Marquez and Trish have unfinished business. And I don’t think she is truly over Marquez because if she was the minute, she knew that he was receiving mail elsewhere in Atlanta. She would’ve had them divorce, papers, drawn up and served.
