Yes! Everything has the right flow and dimensions by the looks- and the details are astounding down to the exterior blue having just the right tone with both the gray sheers on the exterior and the glowing wood used for the interior brightwork.

I'll not say where (other than California) a girl was carelessly texting when she ran into a guy who had just bought a Can-Am 3-wheeler (the man never got to finish that ride). In another incident, a guy was sitting at a red light in his new convertible when my friend was pulling alongside when (another) girl texting plowed into that car, my friend rolled down his window & told the guy in the convertible; "She was on the phone!"

Mr. Sole is as Italian as someone could be. His plan is to take a chassis and design and build his own car! I have never been in a country where people were as enthusiastic about cars as Italy.

Man, you sure have had some great cars here lately Jay. The engine in this one is just beautiful. The whole car is truly a work of art. When Filippo gets his self designed car finished, you should have him back. I for one would love to see it. You see so many cars here on youtube that just slapped together with what ever will work. And as long as it is safe, that's okay. But when you see a car such as this one it shows what doing it right looks like. Outstanding job Filippo and thanks again Jay for another great show.

Wow! What style! I'd say that of that body on any chassis, but on a Lancia.....perfecto! And those headlamps in the shape of the Lancia badge, a delightful detail. But the beauty isn't just skin deep. That gorgeous 4 litre V8 with Lancia's trademark narrow angle between the cylinder banks. Some folks go on about the VR6 engine, and why not, but Lancia was there so many years before. Thanks to you and, especially, Filippo for sharing this beauty with us all.

No one has more natural style than an urban Italian. it this case, he injected a little British flair into his profile. Very cool. One more thing--- you can always tell a Lancia by the thick seat backs that ooze luxury! And, it seems Filippo was able to correct Jay's pronunciation of the marque's name. Bravo, Signore Sole!

Hi Jay, this V8 wasn't so rare. Lancia produced the narrow angle V8 from 1922 to 1939 from smallest 2600cc to largest 4500cc and about 5400 units made. It went into three different Lancias, the Trikappa, Dilambda and Astura

A lot of those V8s while still narrow angle has different designs. The Astura for example is later and is a completely different design with a single down draft carburettor
