During the 1970s she was involved with punk in New York and got the name Helen Wheels from Handsome Dick Manitoba of The Dictators. She also wrote several lyrics for Blue Öyster Cult. In 1981 she became a bodybuilder. Robert Crumb was a friend of hers and drew the album cover for her 1998 compilation album "Archetype". Great styling Jaymes! Since you asked about Amazon wigs……. I bought one from Amazon UK, 29.5 inches 75 cms Ladies Long Straight Wig Black, Heat Resistant Synthetic Wig, for Halloween. I wanted something spooky but trying to tease it resulted in a complete frizz-up! It wasn’t expensive or brilliant quality, only cost £11.99 so less than 15 dollars. I’d really like to see you have a try with this type of wig and get some tips for next year (don’t say get a better wig, I already figured that out,😉)
