It's actually been proven that people see colours differently; so while some see a lime green others see a sort of yellow paired with that purple. Hell, some people may even see that purple more as a blue. Either way, both pairs work since the colours are sorta near each other on the colour wheel.

In this scenario with the stated colours, depending on the kind of colour blindness one has it can turn out to be something completely different. My bad, you're probably already aware of this. But as someone who studied art and isn't colorblind, colours and how people view them is interesting to talk about imo. Sorry for this being extremely long aaaa-

If you can't get above S Rank, it's your fault. If you can't carry in your rank, that directly means you do not deserve the higher rank. The goal of rank systems isn't "if you do well you rank up", it's "if you excel (usually = carry) you rank up"

@@internetguy7319 Sometimes I get 20+ kills with my weapon, ink a bunch of turf, get a bunch of specials, and carry, and are unable to rank up any further just cause my teammates couldn’t do the other needed tasks at hand. This is a team game, you should expect good teammates. Like yeah if you constantly blame your team and refuse to better yourself, you don’t deserve to rank up. But there are so many moments I, and others have carried in games, and do not rank up whatsoever. It’s so tough just to get to S+0. I know X rank is the top of the top, right, understandable, but even then that’s why X power exists. To track your position in X rank. There are many more in X rank above you. This is not a good argument. At all.

whats interesting about that shade of green is that sure it has a lot of yellow in it but blue is such a strong color, and from what it looks like the blue thats being mixed here is a warm blue instead of a cool blue which makes it even stronger. that being said, since a warm blue is being mixed here that also mean theres a smidge of red somewhere in the mix.

Actually, yellow is the first color the human eyes recognize, so if you mix a little bit of green with a little bit of yellow, we will always see it as yellow

Actually, all the ink colors in splatoon are contrasting. For example, red and green are contrasting, and so are purple and yellow. That purple doesn’t look red to me Jay.
