It's a big part of our culture and faith in Islam-guests are considered a blessing, and people will sacrifice their own comfort just to make sure you're taken care of.

learning urdu is going to help you alot for traveling to farsi speaking countries Iran,afghanistan and tajikistan,i speak urdu and i can safely say farsi is very easy and i learned it within a 8-12 months so if you learn urdu you can easily learn farsi even verbs are the same "karna(to do in urdu)" "kardan(farsi)" "marna(to die)" "mardan(farsi)" "farmanna(to say) "farmandan"
