I did Everest in 2019 and very much enjoyed it, come 2023 I got my chance to do the k2 trek , let me tell you how much of shock it came to doing this trek as this was such a trek that was brutal soul destroying to say the least however it is the most challenging trek I believe on earth as it very much left me very ill for the last day I had 1 day left to reach the summit base of k2 . This is rewarding and emotional journey watching this as it brings back memories aswell , I did exactly what you have done but my days were rain free and I got the 40c august temps and we were doing it 18 days . We flew to Skardu and went to Baltistan Resort hotel from there we headed to Askole for 6-7 hour jeep trip then started our trek following morning .. Kilimanjaro is next trek in the plannings
