So if they share a common ancestor they're just not allowed to mate with each other no matter how far back that ancestor may be? I feel like if they're 10 generations removed it's not a big deal. Heck, even 5 or 6 generations wouldn't be a big deal in most societies.

We addressed in episode 2 that we'll be basing what qualifies as inbreeding off the family tree-- if there are no visible common ancestors, then it's okay to breed the creatures. I think that's generally 4-5ish generations.

I dont understant why u keep saying they have horible geans? They dont have any useless paw nor that useless snoth . The eyes can be fixed in time so does the fertility and blood. And they also have unactive peak and heat body. They have good imunity geans and will be usefull someday. Also i think u could have used that sick one to bread one of the twins with.
