She’s seriously so inspiring and full of wisdom. I love older women and learning from them. I’m still in my twenties, although I’m gonna turn thirty next year, but I always tend to get inspired by people older (sometimes much older even) than myself. They have so many lessons learned and profound opinions on different topics. I love Gwyneth and I loved this conversation you had with her. The unreasonable hate some people have towards her just baffles my mind! She’s so lovely! Her lifestyle brand might not be for everyone but she’s not a bad person because she’s creating products or sharing beliefs with an audience that want to listen. Like I always say, to each their own! :)

You're smart to look for advice from older people. As for people hating Gwyneth, simple: jealousy :)

As someone who has been a meditator, yoga student/teacher, life coach and on a spiritual path my entire adult life, this is someone who has done some deep digging & has done a lot of work of a normal human that is in the trenches of life (so to speak). Yes, she's been privileged with being pretty, famous and in Hollywood, but that doesn't mean that she didn't show up for life & that life wasn't still fishing out lessons and challenges. I'm getting child with these truth bombs she's dropping ❤❤❤

Gwyneth is really a very mindful person. I think what shes trying to say is that we are all now forced to live our lives in a pared down sort of way and after the pandemic we can all restart our lives with a new canvas and a new set of paints to create a life that is best for us and what is best for us will hopefully be what we want too.

The ambition they're speaking about... Combination of channeling source energy and being deeply wounded is what I've experienced my entire life. That level of drive is so intoxicating, so obsessive, so overwhelmingly powerful that it can destroy you if you don't examine the root cause. Precisely what caused by dark night of the soul and many intense spiritual awakenings since. But I've definitely felt that it's a combination of channeling and childhood injuries and the addiction to proving your worth. I'm not sure we can ever really get it under control but perhaps minimise the damage it can cause by doing deep healing work.

This was probably one of the best episodes. It was so real and raw. It just goes to show that it doesn't matter who you are in the world, famous or not we all have our struggles and internal battles. Being 43, I loved and resonated with the part about when you get to 40 something happens to you.I have lived and felt it. Thank you to both Jay Shetty and Gwyneth Paltrow. Truly amazing, heartfelt and valuable.💙💙💙

Wow I needed to hear that daughter/woman that is something I have been working on speaking my truth. Being authentic doing things for my heart not the heart of my parents friendships or relationships in general. Putting my happiness high on my list. Pursuing my goals instead of parents goals. I have been doing the other for years. When it happens we get a very short lived gratification from those around us. It gets to u just work for a check not for your soul. It never last long cuz my heart is not in it. Now been changing to do things to please self and those who matter will always eventually follow

Here is a new perspective >>> Doctor Mike, who is a licensed and practicing primary care doctor and surgeon in New York or New Jersey and is a KZbinr for educational purposes, has made it clear that Gwyneth Paltrow's brand, Goop, is not medically accurate, at all. Her brand, Goop, creates a lot of misinformation. Please consider this. I don't know who is calling her crazy, but pointing out harmful things she has created is not the same as calling her a "crazy lady". @KL , too
