Does this only properly trigger once youve done the Clint Barton stuff? Ive just finished the campaign and no matter how many times I travel to the outpost nothing happens...or do I need the faction to be at a certain level? Really confusing menu layout in this game!!

Funny you should say that. You actually can have cosmetics without microtransactions, its called playing the game. MTX is for two types of people. Ones that love the game but don't have the time to grind or lazy people that want everything out the gate day one so they can complain about lack of content later. And before you put together a snappy comeback, mind you, you came to check out a video on a game that's been out for about a month and half now that you "quote on quote, can't stand" to talk about how you think its trash and lackluster. They've made a ton of improvements. The game plays a lot better now. Today is the first real new content added. Kate Bishop should be out in the next two weeks.
