I normally say 9 ball is too easy. I would love if they used all the balls and made 15 the important ball. Use the same concept as 9 ball but with all the balls on the table. This would be a bit harder

Watch some 10 ball. No making the 10 on the break, almost always alternating breaks, and one extra ball on the table goes a long way to evening out the game with fewer break and runs and score line blowouts.
