Got mine on Father’s Day… since then added earplug on center diff 500 k front and rear… M2C motor motor (awesome) and 35 kg steering servo and droop screws… great rig but stock tires can barely handle factory gearing so until I get some belted tires won’t be upping the gearing … pricey but worth it 👍👍👍

I haven’t had any issues with my spur, but I have already upgraded to a 4140 hardened machined steel 52T by GPM. It’s been perfect since I put it in (about 3-4 weeks now). GPM also offers it in a 51T. Hot racing also has one, as well as a 34T 1.5 mod hardened machined one! The 1.5 mod is crazy beefy for a car this size!

Since I am new to the RC world in general, was wondering if there was a way to match the hardness lvl between an aftermarket spur and pinion. to avoid the granite vs sandstone difference between the pinion and the spur..

I agree but I don't know single-brand that you don't pay extra for the upgrades after you buy it if you compare to the crate and dxb you still got to pay that for electronics and that can cost you as much or more still want need upgrade some stuff

Need some reliable axel's for the rustler vxl 4x4 running stampede tires snapped all 4 hd axels rest is stock any tips on axel's? Running a 52/13 spur pinion shop was out of 54s my fourth rustler over the years and if I do upgrade the axel's should I upgrade diffs and keep the slipper for break point.

I am running the m2c racing motor mount because I like that style other than that everything else is stock no issues

That Sledge sure ran good by the looks of it and orange is nice look also. Hmm worth selling the Erevo 2.0 for a sledge Jay? My Erevo is only months old so it is the newest revised one available. I do like running it.

It's the poor motor mount they have in it. When you are jumping it with hard landing it flex and moves than lose your mesh. I have the m2c motor mount for it now so that will not happen.
