When a shoe comes out that I want, I wake up 30 minutes prior so I can login all the stores and make sure my credit card info and sizes are correct. But I overslept today. Woke up at 915am ET. I thought for sure I was gonna take the L after seeing foot locker, Hibbett, JD were all sold out online. SNKRS is normally first to sell out but I tried it anyway. Lo and behold they had my size 11 and I did not even have to wait, payment went straight through and was notified. I was shocked. But I got em.

After I didn't hit on sneakers, I took it to the streets. I went to 9 stores and, the 10th one was Dicks. Me and 1 other waited 2 hrs for the left behind reserves. 15 min to 1, there was a line out the door. Got my size 12!Yessir!!!! There was almost a fight and a bunch of yapping.

Really long lines. I waited for 2 hours to get a pair at Snipes. They were limiting the number of people in the store to 3 at a time. Limiting pairs to one per person. I hit on em one of the dudes cut the line and tried to get in and was mumbling under his breath threatening to knock out the security guard. That was as unruly as it got. But most people in the lines were mad chill and we just spent the two hours talking about future releases and life. My experience fortunately was mostly positive. These are my personal grails so I’m glad I was able to get a pair. Jordan 5s are my favorite silhouette of all time and the Black Metallics are my tippy top of the list.

Got the Win on SNKS App. I was in Cumberland Mall at 9:30am waiting for the stores to open. By 9:45 people started pouring in the mall and headed directly to the shoe stores... Here in Germany I was able to order them on Foot Locker online as I had to work (just like with almost all of the latest releases; I won't even try on SNKRS). Foot Locker is doing it smart. I noticed ever since the Jordan 11 Columbia in December (same with the 3 Black Cat's) that they release a 2nd stock around 3-4pm the same day in all sizes after the first release in the morning sells out within minutes. Just hope the Jordan 1 Bred will be that good to get as well. I'd love to get them in store, it's always something special, but next week I'm on vacation. Keep it going. Always enjoy your content.
