Sorry, but a ponytail wig is a ponytail wig - not because of the clips - because the hair at the nape is sewn in at the bottom to look more natural when it is pulled up.

The silicone wig Grips are torture! Massive headache and sharp pains shooting throughout my head. IM surprised you can wear it. As you have said your head is on the larger side. I even tried cutting several 1 inch slices in the band. No help. Don't waste your time.
