Taylor Creek South Lake Tahoe CA - Northern California Sierra Nevada - Kokanee Salmon Spawn Spawning

Taylor Creek is located in South Lake Tahoe CA - Northern California Sierra Nevada mountains. Taylor Creek is located along side Hwy/Highway 50 and Hwy/Highway 89 traveling towards Emerald Bay or Emerald Bay State Park. Kokanee Salmon spawn, fishes spawning. There were literally thousands and thousands of fishes flocked together in a creek below a bridge in South Lake Tahoe CA (Northern California USA) during the first part of fall or autumn season. What a treat to watch a bunch of red colored fishes all in one little area. This is where the bear or bears have get some food or meal before they hibernate and hide in the mountain for the winter days/months. Here in Taylor Creek is the feeding ground for the bears. Majority of the fishes spend their lives in Lake Tahoe but they go here in Taylor Creek to spawn.

This is around South Lake Tahoe. In hwy50 Lake Tahoe there is a split in hwy50, follow the route going towards Emerald Bay, this area just off the BRIDGE on the right side way before you reach Emerald Bay. There should be plenty of tourist cars park in the side of the road in this location during September and October because there is a bunch of fall colors and spawning fish at that time of year. I believe this creek is called TAYLOR CREEK in South Lake Tahoe area.
