In bar 8, the Db7(b13), you've got an A natural in the 1st tenor part. That would be a raised 5th. Shouldn't the chord be Db+7(b13)?

tha a natural is both the raised 5th and the b13 - depending on the purpose of the chord and what goal the chord is aiming for - but it is not necessary to name both - however, because in this case the chord serves as a tritone replacement for the plain dominant 7 (G7) I see it rather a b13 than a raised 5th,,,, -
