This is my favourite track in the game. It sounds so haunting and outwordly and gives the level an awesome creepy feel the other levels (not that I don't like them- they're awesome) do not have. I wish Rabbit Roast was longer and harder than it was..with this music and its surreal and creepy aestethics I really felt it was an underused level.

Ahhh, I could get down to this stuff. Alexander Brandon is one hell of a talented composer. I've got my old JJ2 cd sitting right next to me from like 10 years ago. Screw it. I give in. I'm going to reinstall it and play the hell out of this thing again for old time's sake!

I concur about Deus Ex. I can totally hear this in place of "NYC Streets" or "DuClare Chateau" for example. =)

Has also an Unreal vibe with "Dusk Horizon" in the intro

what a melancholy, this song reminds me of the good old days, i think back to my old house and this is what takes me there. epic for its time, epic now. i remember getting this game for my birthday, probably the best ive had yet :) downloaded it for my macbook and beat it on hard pretty fast, still got the hang of it haha. we need more music like this! May jazz live forever!

The 2010 Doom II WAD Epic 2 uses this track on MAP19; it would be later used on MAP06 in the 2019 WAD Nova III.

Amazing music, same goes for Donkey Kong Country. Both, this game's and Donkey Kong Country's music is just so amazing. :)

This makes sense because it's Alexander Brandon. You can notice the significant throws to this song in Deus Ex when you go back to New York under martial law.

Looks like a side effect of the Commentpocalypse of circa 2013 is that everyone's comments are jumbled up so can't tell who's replying to who.

Alexander Brandon did compose for the original Deus Ex, but Human Revolution was written by Michael McCann.

I got to agree that 2:05 is the best part of this song. That and 2:45. Really nostalgic, i took this game to the school computer when i was like... 7-9 years old. Man, i miss those times.

This one sounds like a mix of the original and the previous version, which is already nice, with some welcome improvements, making it even better. Very cool, pal!

I agree. For a minute there I thought I was listening to a secret Deus Ex track. It made me think someone should make a mod for original Deus Ex with modern day issues. It could be almost like a malkavian mod -- I envisioned this one scene where a TSA agent confronts JC and the conversation between them could meander but ultimately end with a dramatic camera angle and JC saying (flatly as usual) "Don't touch my junk."

This song reminds me of driving in a car and it's late afternoon. The road is empty and to your left you can only see desert and to your right, there is even more desert. And while you are driving you can see the sunset slowly passing by the mountain range.

well...I found this song most sad from JJ2 OST...it's like... you've come this far, Jazz...but throw away your hope, you're too late, nothing can help you avoid your dark fate...look, everything around you is so rotten, so dark and unfamiliar...you're alone against your destiny...you can't win, run...run...run as fast as you can, even if your feet tremble in fear, your hope is gone...poor you... maybe it's only my imagination but I feel so sad every time I played this level...
