Hi, thanks for your comment. If you are looking in Makati area well I would highly recommend this to you! SMDC have 2 properties in Makati Area - Jazz Residences and the latest the Air Residences. Are you looking for a short or long term rental? I can suggest both of this properties to you depending on your preferences. The parking wall issue in Jazz Residences was jsut an isolated case merely an accident!

@@lowellvillenas1751 I'm looking at Jazz since it's nearest to triangle. Not to mention the affordable studio prices I've seen, most of which are fully furnished. I'm not familiar with Air residences though. And this will be for a long term setup.
