In my Team po, we value our clients. Kaya we make sure meron kami aftersales service like turnover, furnishings, rentals. Try posting po your condos online.. meron ako mga videos about that.

Hi we currently have condo unit with 1 bedroom and balcony in SMDC Jazz and we are only charging 25k due to pandemic and because as per my broker the rent really decreased and highest rent now cost 23k only. Also as per my broker there are lots of Vacant unit right now.
