The knotless method is my favorite! With having carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands with a splint on my left and my dominant right hand the surgery failed, leaving me with a keloid scar at the base of my palm that is super painful. It lets me braid 1/3 down and twist. When my hands hurt, I can stop, and restart later. It's easier to do of the back of my head too! TY!
@carolyncleodailey6 жыл бұрын
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I knew I wanted locs but my head is very small and adding them to cornrows made it necessary to put too many locs in. It made me look like a poodle that wasn't groomed. This method allows my stylist to add just what I need, and no more. Bless you for sharing your gifts with the rest of us@@@

This is the best tutorial I’ve seen after watching about 10 other videos. I ❤️ that you show 6 different methods to install. I had never seen the knot less method before and that’s the one I want to try. I think the look at the root is better and more natural than the knot method.

OK I had to come back to this video a month after watching it the first time. My hair is gray and black and the gray locs look amazing on my hair. The issue was not all of my hair was gray so covering the ends was harder and then my locs are not really hollow so a few were messed up and there were gaps revealing my own hair color. I received so many compliments even with the mistakes and I wore them for 3 weeks (compliments all day er day...). When I watche this vid the first time I was just perusing...so now ff to rewatching this method... 5 & 6 saved me some serious time because my hair is long and I didn't know what to do with those friggin gaps and had to keep redoing the dang braids...I'm going to destroy a few wrap and carry on! ...LOVE THIS VIDEO! Thank you!!

I think the Knotless (Method 4) and the Pull method (#3) together are GENIUS!! I like the idea of the Hug method too but my hair is already past my underarm so I think that would take a lot of time. Pulling it through the loc would be easier. I would like to try methods 5 and 6 but I have thick hair and I haven't done locs before so I don't know how many bags of hair I will need so destroying locs is not the best option for me right now lol...Thank you for constantly sharing your creativity :D
