Just came across your video and I'm not finding the extra large footplate you mentioned in the video that you sell to fit the Jazzy Air 2?

If you are on the webpage for the new Air 2, on the right hand side of the screen it would be the 2nd option on the accessories list and there is a video on there as well showing the size difference between the 2 sizes. Hope that helps!

I have the swing away joystick. How do you get it to work? The delivery person made it work, but I can't. Is there a trick to it?

If it is on the right armrest, you would grab a hold of the joystick and push it out to the right, it will swing out of the way and to the right coming back beside the armrest. If its on the left armrest, it would be the same just going to the left instead of the right. Watch this video starting at 1:20. ​@Marcsmobility AT LAST! I found the trick to getting the joystick to swing back. I had been trying to make the joystick unit itself swivel. What I should have done was push sideways against the box that has the headlights switch. The arm joints open, move aside to the right and back. It clicks in place. Doesn't need any extra strength at all.
