Welcome to a new Don't Starve Together series! This is the first episode of a Wanda boss run which turned into a megabase world on Twitch. In this series I will take you through the first days of this world as Wanda kills all bosses in the game, including Misery Toadstool. But first, we will rush the ruins and take a look at how Wanda really shines in the early game. Wanda the Timekeeper has arrived in the Constant! She is a skilled clockmaker who will stop at nothing to outrun her future. Wanda's timeline is broken, causing her to age faster than the other survivors. Her health meter has been replaced by an age meter. In old age, she learns how to utilize shadow magic more effectively, and relies on it to make up for her declining strength. Wanda can craft pocket watches to restore her youth, manipulate her space in time, return fallen survivors to their point in time before death, rip holes through space and time, and harness shadow magic to defend herself. Wanda can be woven with 2700 spool or purchased through the Steam store.
From 2019-2021, Klei has released a series of game updates available to all players, under the single thematic focus entitled “Return of Them."
"Eye of the Storm" is the final installment in this series of updates and adds the Moonstorm event, a surprise NPC character, and the Celestial Champion to the game. This will complete the Mysterious Energy quest which begins with the discovery of the lunar island and completion of all three celestial altars. It is the longest endgame quest in the game and offers a number of unique benefits to your world and character, such as infinite full moon nights, renewable moon glass, and infinite light in the form of a crown and shards.
"Reap What You Sow" is the seventh major release of updates under the Return of Them in Don't Starve Together and replaces traditional farms with a completely revamped farming system which includes tillable farm plots, unique farming equipment, crop displays, and numerous fertilizers. The system is considerably more complex but provides a system for year-round farming and the potential for highly-accelerated crop production.
The debris from the moon didn't just reach the forest. It's influence has penetrated down into the caves as well, not only mutating its already strange occupants, but opening areas that had been long forgotten. Forgotten Knowledge is the sixth major release of updates under the Return of Them theme and adds two new cave biomes: the Lunar Grotto and the Ancient Archives. It also adds several new mobs, three new crockpot recipes, and two crafting stations including another moon altar and a station for crafting natural turf.
Troubled Waters, the fifth Don't Starve Return of Them update, added new ocean mobs, foods, craftables, structures, and eight new crockpot recipes. It also added leafy meat as a crockpot ingredient and renewable volt goat herds.
She Sells Seashells went live in April 2020. An Island fragment of the moon has left a lonely creature stranded. Is it friendly? Time will tell. New features include messages in bottles, the moon fragment island, the Crabby Hermit, Crab King, new seasonal fish, the Wobster and Wobster Den the Winch Boat structure, sunken treasures, and singing shells.
"Hook, Line, & Inker" will be remembered as the big fishing update. We finally have the tools we need to go sailing and fish around literally anywhere in the ocean. This update added over a dozen new ocean mobs, three new crockpot recipes, and tons of new craftable items and structures. Most of these new additions are tailored toward the goal of dramatically expanding the fishing experience in DST.
Don't Starve Together is the standalone multiplayer expansion of the uncompromising wilderness survival game, Don't Starve. Now including Reign of Giants; adding new characters, seasons, creatures, biomes, and Giant new challenges to Don’t Starve Together. Cooperate with your friends in a private game, or take your chances with strangers online. Work with other players to survive the harsh environment, or strike out on your own. Do whatever it takes, but most importantly, Don't Starve.

The Prefab code seems to only show me what is in my rendered area around my character, am I doing something wrong?

Never Mind, I just noticed what went wrong, when you hit the ~ to open Console I hit Ctrl+v to paste the code, but it changes the code to Local, you must hit Crtl again to set it to Remote to the left of the text area. This will in turn show you all the worlds prefabs.

he got a shadow manip and alarming clock on day 6, meanwhile i got my first alarming clock ever on day 60 recently. this man amazes me

I got mine on day 6, got lucky with a treeguard spawn on day 5

got mine on day 55, no tree guards spawn until day 55 despite me having frequent tree chopping, and my world (surprisingly) didn't spawn any totally normal tree

I get 2-3 treeguards on day 4. Because I hire 10+ pigs from PK village, and they chop a lot of trees.

An early trip to the archive or the village for 16-32 is not very hard for intermediate lvl player tho, and you still have good progress on your base. 3 winter bosses (dfly, klaus and deerclop) is a joke to wanda, you don't need ruin gears for them. Bee queen is safer with more speed so save her for the 2nd autumn is recommended. My priority usually alarming - second ageless - back step - back trek - ageless - and the rest is back trek.

8:22 Good to hear it isn't just that i suck then. I recently fought Guardian for the first time and just couldn't get the dodge pattern down while also hitting him more than once in between, after several failed/abandoned attempts I gave up and resorted to just tank with marble on.

I'm sure you've read this already but just to be informative, in 0:42, you could have avoided death by: - puting on the night armor - timing your backstep watch to dodge charlie attack - using ageless watch to give off 1 second of light - putting on the 92% moggles

0:45 the healing watches provide a flash of light to reset charlie time for a life saving pinch to buy some time.

They may have fixed this but last time I checked you can log out and log back in and there will be light around your character so you don’t die. It’s definitely cheating but if you don’t mind it’s a good way to avoid a silly death

It exists to keep new players that join during night from instantly dying, so I don't think it's going away.

When you died in the darkness use an ageless watch to provide some light or a backstep watch to use the I frames then craft a torch and if you are only 65 year old wanda using the ageless watch could make you into middle aged wanda so you can craft faster

It is not an i frame thing. It is part of her lore why the backstep watch lets you avoid the attacks in the dark. Just saying

0:40 Just in case you don't know: If you have a backstep watch you can avoid Charlie's attacks. Everytime you use it the countdown before she attacks resets.

my first 25 days i killed AG, dragonfly, shadow pieces, twins and klaus, and gave me krampus sack. I'm so lucky. i've just crafted 1 shadow armor for my ruins exploration and it's so good at damage reduction.... backstep watch is so OP on bosses like Dfly and level 3 bishop

I think using an ageless watch provides a little bit of light to ward off charlie, but it's tough to know that in the moment, gl in your mega base world!

Quick tip: you can use the backstep watch to ward off charlie! If you use it a moment after you hear charlie hissing she won't attack you. It is most likely a bug though so I'm not sure if it works anymore

I just got my worlds deleted and the game wouldnt let me create a world and kept spamming me with the end user license agreement while putting me on an infinite loading screen... i deleted every poece of data and that ended up working sadly

Mmmm...in my experience you will only get one or the other, with exceptions for setpieces like leafy bushes in pig villages or around pig torches. You can usually still find regular bushes in the caves.
