I really like this. I may be purchasing this later in 2025, primarily this over the Platinum or Raptor b/c of the front torsion diff that comes with the Tremor 402A package. I do wish I could option this with the hybrid Powerboost engine, this and the Raptor, but for that I'd have to go Platinum. Still, very nice! Oh, and I didn't know you could use regular gas instead of premium in this, I like that.

I bought a leftover 23 Tremor 402A and glad I did. I do not like the new front end as much, and that price is insane. The Tremor is an amazing truck, one of the best, but not 80k good, no way.

Ford messed up not adding the desert sand color on the f150s it’s on broncos rangers and mavericks it’s a big miss

at 79k this is more money than a 2500 ZR2 gas truck that will actually be useful to tow with. 79k for a half ton that will never stack up in payload and towing is just nuts. If your getting a deal on a half ton at like 45-50k thats great but at 79k you probably should just buy an HD truck and never have to move up if you want to tow more or whatever.

Why would someone who only tows 5-8k ever want a super duty? Have fun filling up that 23 gallon Chevy tank every hour on the road towing with a 6.2. Putting tiny gas tanks on those trucks is the dumbest thing I can think of. There are places I hunt that I literally couldn’t make it with those trucks. And if you’re towing over 10k regularly you’d want a diesel anyway, not either of those. And most people don’t want to deal with parking the wider zr2.

@@jayl5941 You're not wrong about the small GM half ton fuel tanks; its a big reason why i wouldn't buy one. Maybe the 3.0 duramax if the deal was right because that would have enough towing range and an upgradeable tank. People buy the HD trucks because they hold value better. They control a trailer way better. They have the future capacity for other uses and larger trailers. Resale on a high end half ton is worse because people end up wanting an HD truck later on. Buy what you might need later while you can afford it today. Who knows how much trucks could cost in 5-10 years of higher inflation. The gas HD trucks are more than enough for that 10-15k trailer range while avoiding any diesel emissions problems. A Silverado LT trim HD w/either engine is really great value right now.

If that hood was all matte black in that whole middle of it and a two inch lift over what it is now , I think it would look sweet.

$80K without the top headlights is crazy. Love my '22 Tremor, glad I picked one up before these price increases. The Tremor package was almost a bargain for what you got when these first came out, coming in at only a few thousand over an xlt. Not the case here.

I looked into the F150 Tremor and why it is so damn expensive. The Tremor High package (the only way to get it) is essentially a Lariat Ultimate with the Raptor transfer case and Torsen front diff. I would take this without the Lariat Ult options to keep the price down. You can have a '24 F250 XLT Tremor for 20k less (no Torsen or fancy transfer case though).

The lower trim TREMOR f-150 is basically the XLT tremor package. Even with the high package XLT for 24 there was leather seats. The high package TREMOR is essentially the lariat, as you stated.

When I was spec’ing my ‘24, 100% there are (were) projector style headlights for the 402a. Im from Canada, maybe that’s a difference? Very weird…

Hard to describe but it looks dull, giving Ranger vibes. It made sense when the previous years were high $50's, low $60's. $79,000 is insane. I bet they'll have to discount these $10k-15k unlike they do on the Raptors.

Nice F150 but 80k you need 50k down for a payment under 600$ and the twin panel roof is a NO

You can almost get a raptor for that price

You can get a base raptor with cloth for that price but this has many advantages over a raptor. The raptor is better at high speed off road but this has tested better at rock climbing etc. And this can tow way better and doesn’t have the widened body for parking, etc.

Why pay $80K for a Tremor when you can buy a Raptor. at nearly the same price?

Different strengths and different missions. The Raptor is fun but it’s mostly a toy. They are too soft to tow well. The Tremor still has leaf springs and works much better as a truck. The base Tremor also has the option for the coyote v8 if you’re into that.
