Hey guys, I subscribed! I drove up to Millersburg last Saturday from Charlotte, NC, to pick up a puppy. I didn't have a clue about the area. It wasn't a sightseeing trip, but my eyes were pleased nonetheless. What a fantastic gem you all have in Ohio. Like I said, I came clueless, but I know now. This buffet looked amazing and with it having the Der Dutchman peanut butter, it has to be a hit. It's good to see that they had broasted chicken. The only place that serves broasted chicken around where we live just closed down to be converted into a car wash. Ohio seems to have no shortage of restaurants that still serve it and we love it. The chocolate cake with the peanut butter spread sounds like it would be excellent. The strawberry pie sounded delicious. The final bill was not bad at all. Congratulations on 16K subscribers. The restaurant is large Nice and clean. The food looks good and presentable. They have a variety of different items that they sale. I would love to go to Amish country. They do a lot of wood furniture that they build. I read this from books but never visited. When I go to Columbus market I always stop to buy their food. I also like their dress attire. God bless the Amish people for sharing their way of life with other people and the talents that they share with us, and the work that they do as a builder (mainly making their own furniture.

Growing up in Upstate NY we use to cook Broasted Chicken, it was so good and had lots of flavor...I could Broast Scallops, Shrimp, Potatoes, Veal etc, they all tasted good at Crispy Gardens in Chittenango NY back in 1969...Fond memories of Broasted Chicken....

What!! No ham balls! Those meatballs looked like bulk made meatballs. Idk if I would go there but that chicken looked good and those dinner rolls look like the Bomb! Everything looked fresh and clean/ Have yet to see a real ham or leg of ham, it all looks like the formed and pressed ham. The Yamzety I would love to try so I would go there at least once! The burger on the menu looked like something I would like to try though, 8oz of first class beef! Count me in! Thanks again and I really appreciate that you preview their non buffet menu!

I have always made chocolate cake and peanut butter frosting, it's a favorite, but we don't make it much anymore, my husband loves homemade brownies and every once in a while I add peanut butter frosting to top them. There is always so much to try at a buffet I struggle with making decisions, but like you said, I don't eat to many of the "fluff foods", I skip potatoes, rolls and pasta dishes and try to stick with the proteins and vegetables along with salads. I love watching your videos, Congratulations on reaching 16,000 subscribers. I am definitely a subscriber and won't be going anywhere as long as you are here with video's.

We have ate there a couple times but usually we go to Dutch Valley. We have had Perry as a waiter too, I believe. He was nice. My favorite is the iced sugar cookies. As far as prices for baked goods, you can’t beat Walnut creek cheese store prices. Love your videos. Thanks

Next time you're in Berlin, try Boyd's and Werthers. In downtown Berlin. Open faced roast beef, fried chicken dinner, desserts are unbelievable! I like there double cheese burger! There pies are unbelievable!! Well worth the stop!

I didn't get over to the Berlin Farmstead (wish I did) but I did go to Der Dutchman (Peach pie to die for), Dutch Valley (was delicious) but the hands down winner was Ms. Yoder's. Buffet was killer 😋 with the broasted fried chicken and Amish meatloaf as outstanding. Thanks for the video.

Great review! Looks awesome! Like y'all, we have tried the other two but not this one. We'll take care of that this September. We spent a week in Holmes County last Oct. (Hotel Millersburg) , and the majority of the restaurants had ceased doing breakfast buffet's. We were often told it was due to lack of help. COVID got the blame, they'd honestly tell you they couldn't compete with COVID ($$$) to get the workers and retain them. Grover's at the hotel was closed the first three days we were there due to lack of help. It opened on the last day of our visit, but we never got to try it. We have seen your video on Grover's as well and was looking forward to trying it. Maybe in Sept. Thanks for sharing and safe travels!
