Let me say that William was such a great man I’d love to meet him and eat at his restaurant! The vibe in the place was so great and the food looked incredible! You guys would have loved it. The Graceland area does not have a lot of great restaurants but this one is amazing. The Hash Browns were enough to feed a family. If you go to Memphis stop by here 5 mins from Graceland. 😎😎

Bobbie's dish reminds me of a fretta. I can get a fretta at various restaurants in CNY. A fretta has eggs in it, various veggies and various meats. A great dish and usually too large for one person.

Maybe they put it in the Styrofoam because they give you so much that way you can just take the rest home with you.😎😎

OMG - that hash brown plate was a monster! I am not a huge HB fan, but I would try it to have all of that and it would be 2-3 meals easy for me! hehe The thing that struck me is how fresh everything looked. The peppers in the ham omelet (also huge!) were so bright green - the ham was fresh looking. What a nice place! William seemed like such a sweetheart. I love how you are always able to speak with the owner or manager of a place when you go to all these great eateries.
