മുന്നിലിരിക്കുന്നത് പല സ്വഭാവമുള്ള പല സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു വരുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ ആണ് അല്ലാതെ തങ്ങളെ പോലെയുള്ള മുതിർന്ന വ്യക്തികൾ അല്ല എന്ന ബോധം ആണ് ടീച്ചർമാർക്ക് ആദ്യം വേണ്ടത്.. പണ്ട് പല ടീച്ചർമാർക്കും ഇല്ലാതിരുന്നതും അതാണ്..

എന്റെ മനസിനെ പിടിച്ചിരുത്തിയ ടീച്ചേർസ് ആരും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല മിക്കവാറും ടോക്സിക് ആയതു കൊണ്ട്.. ബോഡി shaming ന് b. Ed എടുത്തവർ ആയിരുന്നു പലരും... ഞാൻ 10 ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പഠിച്ചപ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ സ്ത്രീകൾ ആണുങ്ങളെക്കാൾ വളരെ താഴ്ന്നവർ ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ ഒരു അധ്യാപിക യെ കണ്ടാൽ മിണ്ടാതെ മാറി നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്... ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ട് മിണ്ടില്ല എന്നവർ പിന്നെ പരാതി യും പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് .. അധ്യാപിക മാരെ പോലെ അദ്ധ്യാപകൻ മാരും ഇതേ അവസ്ഥ തന്നെ... ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് വെത്യാസം തോന്നിയ 1,2 പേരൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടാരുന്നു... അവരൊക്കെ ഇന്നും മനസ്സിൽ ഉണ്ട്...❤❤

ഞാൻ മൂന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ തൊട്ടു പത്താം ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ വര പഠിച്ച സ്കൂളിലെ ചില ടീച്ചർസിൽ നിന്നും ഒരുപാട് മോശം അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്, ഒരിക്കലും ഉണങ്ങാത്ത മുറിവുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്, പഠിക്കാൻ മിടുക്കിയായിരുനെങ്കിലും നിറത്തിന്റെ പേരിലും introvert ആയതിന്റെ പേരിലും ആയിരുന്നു എല്ലാം, പ്ലസ് 2 തൊട്ടു പിജി വരെ പഠിപ്പിച്ച ടീച്ചേർസ് ഇൽ നിന്നും ഇപ്പൊ phd ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഗൈഡ് ഇൽ നിന്നും എനിക്ക് നല്ല അനുഭവങ്ങൾ മാത്രെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുള്ളൂ,

പല ടീച്ചർമാരും പരസ്യമായി അപമാനിക്കാനും മിടുക്കരാണ്.. എന്നെ വണ്ണം ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് വണ്ടി പോത്ത് എന്ന് വിളിച്ച ഒരു ടീച്ചർ ഉണ്ട്..

ഞാൻ 4 th std വരെ പഠിച്ചത് മലയാളം മീഡിയം ആയിരുന്നു അത് കഴിഞ്ഞ് 5 thil വീട്ടുകാർ ചേർന്ന് english മീഡിയത്തിൽ ആക്കി ആ വർഷം കുഴപ്പമില്ലാണ്ട് പോയി next year വന്ന സാർ basic science പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മിനു എന്ന സർ ( name പറയുന്നതിൽ തെറ്റ് തോന്നുന്നില്ല ) കാരണം ഞാൻ നാടുവിട്ടു പോയാലോ എന്ന് പോലും ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.. Exams നു mark കുറവാണേൽ full day ക്ലാസ്സിനു പുറത്ത് ആകും അങ്ങനെ 2,3 days continuous ആയിട്ട് പുറത്ത് നിന്നിട്ട് ഉണ്ട് അതേസമയം അറിയാത്ത കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ പുള്ളി ശ്രെമിച്ചിട്ടില്ല പകരം മീഡിയം മാറി മലയാളം മീഡിയത്തിൽ ചേരാൻ നിർബന്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു.പുള്ളിടെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ torture കാരണം എന്നോട് ഒപ്പം english മീഡിയത്തിൽ ചേർന്ന എല്ലാവരും മലയാളം മീഡിയം ആയി എന്റെ അമ്മ മാത്രം മാറ്റിയില്ല പുള്ളിക്കാരി പറഞ്ഞത് ഇപ്പൊ കുറച്ചു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിയാലും പ്ലസ് 1 easy ആവും എന്ന് ആണ്. അങ്ങനെ ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ മാറാൻ ഞാൻ മാത്രം തയ്യാറാവാതിരുന്നത് കാരണം ആൾക്ക് എന്നോട് personal grudge തോന്നി കുട്ടികളുടെ മുന്നിൽ വച്ചു എന്റെ ഭാവി ഏതേലും bathroom കഴുകനോ അടുക്കളയിലോ തീരും എന്നും പ്രവചിച്ചു 2 yrs കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഹൈസ്കൂൾ എത്തി അപ്പോൾ english ഗ്രാമർ പഠിക്കാൻ അശോകൻ എന്ന ഒരു സർനടുത് എത്തി പുള്ളി കാരണം എന്റെ lyf മാറി അതുവരെയും ക്ലാസ്സിലെ മണ്ടി ആയിരുന്ന ഞാൻ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിൽ എന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ മറ്റു കുട്ടികളെക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ mark വാങ്ങിയിട്ട് ഉണ്ട് 10 ത്തിൽ 5A പ്ലസ്സ് 12 നു 90% mark ഡിഗ്രി with A grade ഫ്രം govt college eppo bank coaching പഠിക്കുന്നു ഉടൻ എന്റെ dream achieve ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമെന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.... എന്റെ lyfil ഇന്നും ഞാൻ മിനു സർ നെ കണ്ടാൽ മിണ്ടില്ല സർ എന്ന് വിളിക്കുക പോലും ഇല്ല ഈ ജന്മം .. അത്രക്കും എന്നെ വേദനിപ്പിച്ചിട്ട് ഉണ്ട് ഇന്നും ആ കാലം ഓർക്കുമ്പോൾ കണ്ണു നിറയും.. എന്റെ ജീവിതം മാറ്റിമറിച്ചതും ഒരു സർ കാരണം ആണ്... രണ്ടുതരം അധ്യാപകർ ഉണ്ട് എന്റെ ലൈഫിൽ... ഒന്നാമത്തെ ആളുടെ ശിക്ഷ രീതി കാരണം എന്റെ ജീവിതം നന്നായിട്ട് ഒന്നും ഇല്ല... ഒരിക്കൽ അയാളുടെ മുന്നിൽ തലയെടുപ്പോടെ നിൽക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി ആണ് എന്റെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഓരോദിവസവും ഞാൻ use ചെയ്യുന്നത്... ചില വിജയങ്ങൾ ഒരിക്കൽ അപമാനിച്ചവർക്കുള്ള മറുപടി കൂടി ആണ്

ഞാൻ higher secondary school il പഠിച്ചിരുന്ന സമയത്ത് കയ്യിൽ ചുവന്ന ചരടും നെറ്റിയിൽ സിന്ദൂര കുറിയും തൊട്ട് വന്നിരുന്ന ഒരു sir. പലപ്രാവശ്യവും ആൺകുട്ടികൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന ഒരൊറ്റ കാര്യത്തിന് . " നിനക്കൊന്നും എന്നെ ശരിക്കറിയത്തില്ല ഞാൻ RSS കാരനാണ് നിന്നെയൊക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ കേറി ഞാൻ വെട്ടും" എന്ന് അഭിമാനത്തോടെ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്ന ഒരു sir ഒണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അന്ന് അതൊരു കുറ്റമാണെന്നു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് മനസ്സിലാകാതിരുന്നതിൽ ശരിക്കും വിഷമം ഒണ്ട്. ഇതൊക്കെ കേട്ട് പുള്ളിയെ ഒരു hero ആയി കണ്ടിരുന്നവരും കുറവല്ലാരുന്നു.

Msc k padikumbol, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു HoD ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹം ആദ്യ സെമസ്റ്ററിൽ ഇടയ്ക്കൊക്കെ വന്ന് എല്ലാവരും ഹാപ്പിയല്ലേ, എന്നൊക്കെ സുഖവിവരം തിരക്കുമായിരുന്നു. സാർ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്: ''ഹോ, നാളെ അങ്ങോട്ട് പോകണമല്ലോ'' എന്ന് ആരും വിചാരിക്കാനിടവരരുത് എന്നാണ്.😊

കോളേജിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് ക്ലാസ്സിൽ മനസ്സിലായോ എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് ഇല്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് മാത്രമേ ഓർമയുള്ളൂ ആ സെമെസ്റ്റർ മുഴുവൻ ആ ടീച്ചർ ന്റെ നോട്ടപ്പുള്ളി ആയിരുന്നു

അതിൽ ഏറ്റവും ദുരനുഭവം തന്നത് പി എസ് സി കോച്ചിംഗ് കണക്ക് അദ്ധ്യാപകൻ ആണ്... കണക്ക് കൂട്ടുമ്പോൾ വന്നു ബുക്കിൽ നോക്കി നില്കും എന്നിട്ട് തെറ്റുബോൾ തലക്ക് കൊട്ടും... ഞാൻ pinne തീപ്പൊരി ആയോണ്ട് പുള്ളിയെ ഒരിക്കൽ തടഞ്ഞു അതോടെ അങ്ങേര് നന്നായി 🙏

😂last പറഞ്ഞ കലക്കി തീപ്പൊരി 😂. ഇതു വായിച്ചപ്പോൾ 10 lu tuition centre lu maths class, Sir oru problem കൊടുത്തു എല്ലാർക്കും.. ഞൻ ചെയ്തപ്പോ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞ് mistake അങ്ങനെ answer തെറ്റി.. Majority ക്ക് കറക്റ്റ് കിട്ടി.. Copy അടിച്ചു കാണിച്ചവരും ഒണ്ട് but ഞൻ സ്വന്തയി ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കി.. അങ്ങേരു എന്നോട് പറയാ നിനക്കു എന്ത് കൊച്ചേ ബോധം ഇല്ലേ.. ഇത്രക് അറിഞ്ഞൂടെ.. എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു ഒരുമാതിരി വെറുപ്പില് പറഞ്ഞു insult ചെയ്ത്... അന്ന് ഞൻ നിർത്തി അവിടത്തെ പഠിപ്പ്... Bank ലു എന്തോ job ഒള്ള ആളാ അയാൾക്കു sir ആവാൻ ഒരു യോഗ്യതയും ഇല്ല... But എന്നാൽ ഒരു ഒറ്റ problem കൊണ്ട് 7 വരെ വായിച്ചു maths പഠിച്ചു കഷ്ടിച്ച് mark വാങ്ങി maths ഇഷ്ടം ഇല്ലാതെ ഇരുന്ന എന്നെ ഒരു otta problem പഠിപ്പിച്ചു.. എന്നെ maths ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയ ടീച്ചർ ആണ് പ്രീതി teacher 😍... Algebra problem ആയിരുന്നു.. എനിക്ക് logic പിടി കിട്ടി നല്ല clear ആയി ടീച്ചർ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു also തെറ്റ്‌ വന്ന അപമാനിക്കില്ല.. 😊

Nice vedio👌 ഒരു student ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോ ഒരിക്കലും മോശമായ അനുഭവം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. പക്ഷേ ഒരിക്കലും intimacy അധികം teachers ആയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. ഇന്ന് ഒരു 20yrs ആയിട്ട് ഞാനും ഒരു ടീച്ചർ ആണ്. താങ്കളുടെ vedio കണ്ടപ്പോ ഞാനും ഒന്ന് self examine ചെയ്തു. ഒരു 95% എങ്കിലും പാലിക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. Proud to be a teacher. ന്റെ friends circle കൂടുതലും ന്റെ students തന്നെയാണ്. So happy in that😍Without them I won't be a teacher. So on Teachers' day I never forget to express my gratitude towards them😍

When I think of my school time, I remember I have seen a lot of biased and rude ones. As an introvert and anxious student, I have seen a lot of teachers being rude, where I had a teacher who even threw book on to my face, which still remains painful in my mind. They never realised the struggles of students like me goes through because they are too much concentrated on either studious or extroverted and charismatic students.

1മുതൽ +2വരെ അനുഭവിക്കാത്ത അത്ര bullying മൂന്നേ മൂന്ന് വർഷം കൊണ്ട് അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചങ്ങനാശ്ശേരിയിലെ പ്രശസ്തമായ ഇപ്പോൾ autonomous ആക്കി മാറ്റിയ കോളേജിൽ ആണ് ഞാൻ പഠിച്ചത്. SC റിസർവേഷനിൽ ചെന്ന് കേറിയത് കൊണ്ട് ധാരാളം അപമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബയോളജി സയൻസ് പഠിച്ചിട്ട് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ സയൻസ് എടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്ന എനിക്ക് ആദ്യത്തെ 3സേം വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ടീച്ചർസ് ഒട്ടും cooperative ആയിരുന്നില്ല. വർഷങ്ങളായി ഒരേ syllabus തന്നെ ശർദ്ധിക്കുന്ന അവർക്ക് എല്ലാം ഈസി ആണ് പക്ഷേ opposite ഇരിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികളിൽ എത്ര പേർ മനസ്സിലാകുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് പോലും അവർ അന്വേഷിക്കാറില്ല 😡😡😡😡

ചേട്ടാ nice vedio ♥ എല്ലാവരുടേം life il ഒരു നല്ല ടീച്ചർ തീർച്ചയിട്ടും ഉണ്ടാകും അതുപോലെ മോശം ഒരാളും.. ഞാൻ 1 std il പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ മലയാളം പഠിപ്പിച്ച രാധ ടീച്ചർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ ടീച്ചർ കൂടി ആയിരുന്നു . അന്നേ ടീച്ചർ നല്ല aged ആയിരുന്നു ശെരിക്കും ഒരു 50 ക്ക് അടുത്ത് age ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. മലയാളം period ഞങ്ങളെ സ്കൂളിന്റെ ഗ്രൗണ്ട് il ഉള്ള മാവിന്റെ ചുവട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ട് ഇരുത്തി ആണ് പഠിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. 5 വയസ് തൊട്ട് boarding സ്കൂളിൽ ആണ് ഞാൻ പഠിച്ചത്, അത്ര ചെറിയ ആരും ആ ഹോസ്റ്റൽ il ഇണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല so ആ സമയം ഒക്കെ ഭയങ്കര caring ആയിരുന്നു രാധ ടീച്ചർ, പിന്നെ ബാക്കി ടീച്ചേർസ് ഒക്കെ പിന്നെ അപ്പോൾ ഇണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഹോസ്റ്റൽ warden റോസിലി ടീച്ചർ.. എന്നെ അമ്മേയെകാളും നന്നായി നോക്കിയത് അവരൊക്കെ ആണ്. കുളിപ്പിക്കലും, ഒരുക്കലും എല്ലാം. മരിക്കും വരെ ആ memories എന്റെ കൂടെ ഇണ്ടാവും ♥ പിന്നെ high സ്കൂളിൽ പഠിപ്പിച്ച ഷേർലി മിസ്സ്‌. എന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ ടീച്ചർ ആയിരുന്നു 10th il 8th തൊട്ട് biology പഠിപ്പിച്ചത് ടീച്ചർ ആണ്. ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ il ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുഖം ഒന്നും വാടി ഇരുന്നാൽ ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞു വിളിച്ചു മിസ്സ്‌ ചോദിക്കും എന്തു പറ്റി എന്ന്. ഒന്നുമില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു ഒഴിഞ്ഞലും വീട്ടിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ അമ്മയെ വിളിക്കും അവൾക്കു എന്തു പറ്റി ഇന്ന് എന്തോ സങ്കടം ഇണ്ടായിരുന്നെല്ലോ അമ്മ വഴക്ക് പറഞ്ഞോ എന്ന് അപ്പോഴായിരിക്കും എന്റെ അമ്മ അതു ശ്രെദ്ധിക്കുന്നത് പോലും എന്നിട്ട് വന്നു ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് ഞാൻ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പറയുന്നത്. അത്രേം സ്നേഹം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു അന്നത്തെ ടീച്ചർക്ക്.❤️ ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ടീച്ചേർസ് കുറവാണ്. പിന്നെ കോളേജ് time il ഒരിക്കലും ഓർക്കാൻ ഇഷ്ട്ടം ഇല്ലാത്ത അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു teacher എങ്ങനെ ആകാൻ പാടില്ല എന്നതിന് example ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഒരാളെയും കണ്ടു.. കോളേജ് time ഓർക്കാൻ പോലും ഇഷ്ട്ടം ഇല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആക്കിത്തന്ന ഒരാൾ 🙄.ഇത്രേം mentaly students നെ harass ചെയ്ത ഒരു teacher... Uff...ഒരു കാര്യം ഇണ്ടായാൽ അതു എന്താണെന്ന് പോലും നോക്കാതെ അങേർക്കു ഇഷ്ട്ടം ഉള്ള ആൾക്കാരുടെ mistakes ഒക്കെ ആണെങ്കിൽ വേറെ ആൾക്കാരുടെ തലയിൽ ഇട്ടു അവരെ മാക്സിമം ഡീഗ്രേഡ് ചെയ്തു harras ചെയ്യും. പിന്നെ അയാളോട് കൊഞ്ചാൻ നിന്നാൽ അവര് safe അല്ലാത്തവർ എന്നും ഓരോന്നിനും ഇര ആയിരുന്നു..അവിടന്നു ഇന്ന് ഈ ദിവസം വരെയും അതിന്റെ ആഫ്റ്റർ എഫക്ടസ് life il ഉണ്ട്.. Depression എന്ന അവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക് വരെ എത്തിച്ചു. കോളേജ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു 5 yrs എടുത്തു heal ചെയ്യാൻ.. So ഒരു teacher വിചാരിച്ചാൽ ഒരു student നെ രക്ഷിക്കാനും ശിക്ഷിക്കാനും പറ്റും. അനാവശ്യം ആയി സ്വന്തം ഇഷ്ട്ടം നോക്കിയും, partiality കാണിച്ചും വെക്തി താല്പര്യങ്ങൾക്കൊന്നും വേണ്ടി students ന്റെ life കളയരുത്. എല്ലാവരും ഒരു ടീച്ചർക്ക് equal ആയിരിക്കണം. എല്ലാവരെയും ഒരുപോലെ treat ചെയ്യണം. നല്ല ടീച്ചേർസ് എന്നും life il ഒരു ഗിഫ്റ്റ് ആണ് ♥

I'm professionally a nurse and used to work in a well-reputed NABH accredited hospital in Kolkatha. All the hospital wanted from us was documentation and patient satisfaction. Too much documentation caused the patient care limited to papers and not in reality. I have seen many staffs skipping patient medication and documenting it as given. I currently work in UK. I feel very much better here. If i ever need any clinical treatment in India, I will never ever go to an NABH or JCI accreditted hospital... I have more dangerous things to discuss that happenned in that hospital...

👉Not every teacher is a good teacher. Giving a proper training to teachers, is very important. They shud b well aware wht not to tell a student. Focus more on the their teaching & talking skills than correcting students on their dressing & hair. Sad part, is even if the students improve in studies aftr repeated advices & complaints, I hav not seen teachers improving their teaching skills over years, just bcoz no1 to control them

Unfortunately, this won't happen in India. School focuses on disciplining students on the basis of their attires and hairstyles. Majority of the parents and teachers agree with this type of disciplining system. "Schools have certain rules and regulations and that need to be followed","They will not learn disciple"You can't do whatever you want in certain places","Schools are not a place for doing fashion shows" and so on.

Correct ആണ്. ഞാൻ ഒരു physics അധ്യാപകൻ ആണ്. CBSE SCHOOL. അധ്യാപനം എനിക്ക് എന്റെ passion ആണ്. Instead of teaching physics, I always wish to make the the students feel or experience Physics... അതിന് വേണ്ടി innovative ആയ ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ അതൊന്നും പൂർണ്ണമായും നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ school & parents സമ്മതിക്കില്ല. 15 chapters ഉണ്ട് 11 thൽ. പക്ഷേ, 5/6 പാഠങ്ങൾ എടുക്കാൻ മാത്രമെ സമ്മതിക്കു. Because they will start 12 th class from grade 11 academic year itself. ഇനി 12 th. 14 chapters 3 മാസങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് തീർക്കാൻ പറയും. പിന്നീട് full exams... 14 chapters- theory+ concept+ application level questions എങ്ങനെ 3 മാസങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് തീർക്കാൻ പറ്റും? പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് എന്റെ demonstration model way of teaching ൽ അത് ഒരിക്കലും പറ്റില്ല... പഠിപ്പിക്കണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ, സമ്മതിക്കില്ല. പിന്നെ, parents. ഒരു ബോധവും ഇല്ല എന്ന് തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Toxic character. Then colleagues... അതാണ് ഏറ്റവും കഷ്ടം. സീരിയൽ നിലവാരത്തിനും താഴെയാണ് പല അധ്യാപകരുടെയും gossips. They will even manipulate the students to turn against a good teacher... എനിക്ക് ശരിക്കും മടുത്തു... കുട്ടികൾക്ക് എന്നെ വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ്. ആ ഒരൊറ്റ കാരണം കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ വർഷം ഈ സ്കൂളിൽ continue ചെയ്യുന്നത് .

@@dreamersparadise6122 / Sir, its because of my ethics. If I leave the institution in the middle of the academic year, then students will suffer. I don't think it's right. Second thing, students want me. When I decided to resign , & when students came to know about this, they cried & requested not to go... Except 6 students, all others want me in that institution. & That 6 students are the tools of other staffs. They manipulated them by giving questions prior to exam, giving full marks which is not deserved by them, marking and giving questions before exams.... ETHICS & OVER SINCERITY - my drawbacks
