Thank you for the info! I did do this and my issue is that my right earbud keeps powering off by itself in my ear, even if I have 100% battery on both ear buds. This is going on since day 1 that I bought them.

Thank you for the tips. I hear a shhhhhhhh kind of sound when the ambient aware mode is activated, do you have any thoughts on this?

Is it possible to use each earbud individually? Like. I use one bud while the other is charging. Then when the one I'm using dies, I swap for the other one. Can these buds do that?
