I just had this issue. Turns out the booth tooth was not in 'on' position on my laptop. Go to blue tooth on laptop and press on under JBL Go3. Hope this helps someone.

@@navrajpreetsingh8230 Make sure bluetooth is turned in your computer. Bottom of computer, click in bluetooth symbol. You will see JBL Go3 listed. Press on under it.
