YOU CHOSE THE WRONG JBL TO COMPARE THEM TO. ITS THE 720 AT THAT PRICE. IT COMES WITH A REMOVABLE BATTERY AND 18 PLUS HOURS OF PLAYBACK AT THE SAME PRICE! IT ALSO SOUNDS WAY BETTER THAN THE JBL710!

Its may be the mic's fault..not sure...cos i have samsung t70 and as well as jbl 310 ... there is no problem of sound quality...its just jbl more focused on deep bass sound signature cos it have sub woofers whereas samsung have 10 inch woofer. Woofers usually cant go that much deep...thats why there is sound difference...but sound is very good there is no problem.
