I live in Korea. JBL was acquired by Korea's Samsung Electronics, and all JBL products have complete after-sales service in Korea. However, Partybox Ultimate is not sold in Korea. It is sold at the peak of popularity in other countries, but JBL I have no idea why Korea, the country that owns it, does not sell Partybox Ultimate products domestically. Does anyone know the reason? If you know, please let me know the specific details.
