JBL Portable App Not Working FIX

Hey, I've lost one of my earphones and mono Mode is on (its the one where you usually turn that off). I tries the earphone finder but I cannot use it with mono-Mode on. Can anyone help me?

Hey, when open jbl portable app and trying to connect with my flip 6, the flip 6 turns off, that happens all the time, can't do anything

My jbl charge essential wont stay on for more than 10 seconds it just turns off by its self

I've contacted the JBL team, try this for the definitive solution, it works 100%. 1. Clear any cache from the app. 2. Uninstall the app from your source device. 3. Forget the headphones on your phone (Bluetooth settings). 4. Reboot the phone twice (the second time it turns on again, it won't have any memory about the app). 5. Reset your headphones (with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.). 6. Pair your headphones again. 7. Make sure the headphones are playing sound. 8. Download the app (we now have the last version of app) 9. Accept all permissions (give it access to your app).
