You can connect your headset to the ps4 via the usb chord and get better sound quality plus the lights. Did you actually test it out!?!

@@alexcarmona5440 The truth is... there are better ones on the market right now! At first you are amazed at the improvement that the DTS 2.0 has, but as you use them every day you eventually stop using surround and prefer stereo sound, they are very small for the ear, they sweat a lot and in terms of audio fidelity they are no better than the Logitech with the same price range, the mic is good but not the best. I've been using them for 2 months now and I already want to change.

Just interested in checking the features of cable quality sound between 3.5mm jack and type c. Type_C, can i use the cable to watch pc movie or games on quantum 400 or its only can be used for Setting your sound quality or rgb? And Compare with Quantum 600 and 800 with using Type-C, i come across its only used for charging your headset. Is that true? Thank you

The Type-C does pass audio, and it will beat the quality of the headphone out of most PCs, and is the best way to go as it gives you access to the full features of the quantum Engine software. The 600 and 800 do not use USB for audio, just for charging.

Hey bro I have a question. When you turn on your pc, does the headset turn on automatically? I got mine this week and they are always connected via USB, but sometimes when I turn the pc on, the headphones stay off and Windows doesn't recognize them? Then I have to disconnect and connect them again. Besides that, they work fine but it's annoying and I'm wondering if I should return them

I owned these headphones for about 6 months and the hinge assembly on both the right and left sides that hold the phones in place and allow them to swivel cracked. The result being that both left and right phone fell fell out of their sockets and would not remain in position. I found out via google that this is more than just and isolated occurrence The quality of the speakers/drivers is very good but the plastic housing around these stress points is subpar. I do not know who owns JBL but the plastic material or whatever it is that comprises these headphones is garbage. IMOP this should not be an issue under normal use. I will never buy these or any other headphones from JBL with this structural integrity issue. I paid 100 $ for these and now they are in the trash.. I wonder if JBL has anything to say about this...Probably not...
