I repaired mine through cleaning the golden charge intake in the bottom of our buds Its really easy to do just take a safety pin and there will be some kind of rust in that golden part remove it using the pin do it if there is no rust too sometimes it may be invisible and put it in the case again it will work…💯💯💯 Hope this helps you❤️

JBL 230NC TWS have hardware issues !! If you have problem with battery charging in case or your second earbuds doesn't work I recommend to use your warranty and return it. I have 2 pairs of this TWS earbuds and both have exactly same problem after few months of using. The Factory reset, or device remove in your phones is not properly solution.

Try placing both the earbuds in the box and close it. Now delete the connected device in your JBL app. Now open the box and connect with the JBL app. This should solve the issue.

First one also developed same fault and back then i went to service centre, they check and told me it's faulty so i received a new replacement after a week. Put both pieces in the case, close it. Wait till the battery led turned off then open and press both sensors twice and the third time hold for 5 second. If it still doesn't work, drop the non working one from a height of 30 cm, you should see the led blink every 2 second, just repeat the process, it should work now. 😊
