My headphones, 770nc, drop off the TV every 10 minutes. I have to go and re-connect through the TV sound. Do you have any ideas as to how I can fix this?

They should disable headphone protection in the settings and the app it is actually pretty loud

For a question, I bought these headphones and when connecting them by cable to both the PC and the mobile, they only listen on one side, this does not happen when using them via Bluetooth. Has anyone had the same problem or could give me a solution. Thank you .
