I have the ND model and when I listen music in my living room, I can feel the house vibrating from the bass. The sound is super clear but it really depends on where you put the speaker. The bass need something to bounce off from. Usually a wall or a corner is perfect.

Xtreme 3 ND Sounds better than the GG. But there is the issue of earpiercing treble and very sharp clarity, the bass is deeper than GG version, but the disadvantage of having almost lacking midbass and not being powerful deep bass. GG version is the best version for Xtreme 3. Despite the sound has 6khz peak which sounds like similar to first Boombox, but it's abit boomier and fuller big sounding or powerful at the same time can go deep bass. But not as deep as ND version.

There is no difference between the two! Do you really think that a company as well known and as popular as jbl would have fun doing such a crap. personally I don't think so! That would be outright betrayal! The few differences that there are are only minimal and do not influence the sound quality of their speakers at all! ND, GG, TL, AN all that's just all the companies that produce all the JBL speakers because it's global. But above all, don't tell yourself that. The sound differences can also be heard on the place where it is posed. When the loudspeakers they are different because they do not have the same manufacturers because once again it is world productions and therefore a lot of supply for all of this!

For example I buy a bombox 2 I come across the GG version so at 500 euros and I end up with a poo compared to the ND version just because it's not the same drivers!! It becomes completely ridiculous. And it's the same with all versions of speakers from JBL?

@@kevincagne-lafaille694 All classic JBL speakers do that. I don't know about Partybox speakers though. Usually the models with the pure paper drivers sound better than the other ones. For Xtreme 3, it's the GG model that sound better. For Charge 5 it's the TL.

@@niknaglic i usually don't order those on the internet cuz of an absense of warranty, so i buy the speaker model that ships in my country.. so far the models i got were the best but tbh all models are pretty much the same... if you didn't know about their existance you wouldn't notice.. jbl also denies the existance of different models for some reason. The only way you can know which model it is, is buy looking at the product code on the box in the store. My xtreme 3 is GG, its a default model in europe. The charge 5 that i bought in the store as well, was ND

Basically, it's the same Sealed. The only difference is the ND has white fabric in the hole which make look like it has built in microphone.. yet that hole is not a build it mic.. it is not rather breather of the speaker itself fool of putting an breather to an waterproof speakers of which water now can easily enter inside and destroy everything inside including the battery.

@@HonderdtachtigCC No, no... Jbl doesn't use high quality drivers that need break in period, my Vifa Copenhagen 2.0 had some real improvements after some time and jbl xtreme stayed the same. Funny thing that Vifa is the real hifi speaker but is also 3 times louder than jbl, so maby the xtreme 3 is different but Oluv tested it against small Vifa helsinki and it still won.😔

No not necessarily better over GG. It is sounds better but the issue of earpiercing and very ear fatigue clarity in that version. The bass has lacking power and fullness compare to GG version. And the only advantage of ND is deep bass extension of which It goes deeper than GG version.
