When i was 4 I got a record player with a bunch of children's records. I ran across a Johnny Cash record in the attic and I was hooked. I became a classical musician. To this day, I love his phrasing, rhythm, his expression, and most of all his style.

A great documentary. With that Jimmie Rodgers spirit. Edit: Johnny Cash would've been "cancelled" by people like Kid Rock and John Rich for being "woke". Especially for making the "Bitter Tears" album.

What I think is crazy is it took a heavy metal noise maker to see johnny only needed to be himself to stay relevant all he ever needed was him and his guitar Rick new that wtf didn't any country producer ever see that let johnny be johnny that's all rick did
