IT took me 2 sessions to watch the whole thing and i loved it! i have not been in T&T since 1999 alot has changed of course it brought back many childhood memories.i feel bad that serious violent crime seems to be a big issue but that is not exclusive to T&T sadly.i will find a way to support your channel keep up the fine work your efforts are appreciated!

"Rain-o-rama" was built back in the day by late Aldwyn Roberts (Lord Kitchener ("the road march king" calypsonian)) after a song he made about road march being rained out. From what they tell me the soca singer Patrice Roberts is a descendant of his.

Petit Valley, Carenage and Diego Martin (proper) make up the Borough of Diego Martin. In terms of electoral districts it is subdivided into Diego Martin Central Diego Martin North/East, and Diego Martin West.

Trinidad and Diego Martin in particular is overpopulated. And the government does not enforce any kind of town and country planning they have on paper. So, people build where they can get squatted land and then the government comes behind them and build infrastructure which is then haphazard.
