Jbud is very good in cooking and baking,he ought to be funded in opening a restaurant . To see him handling,both cooking and baking, in such a professional way,is awesome,his food comes out tasty,his baking is so wholesome . How can he not have a place to use his wonderful art in cooking and baking. This is where,Jamaica needs to exploit,these people with talent. Often enough he simple get on so easily with his prep too. Praise be.A quiet spoken man,never seem to be rattle or make a fuss. Cow foot doesn't sound good, I didn't like it as a child and thankfully my mother hardly ever made it. Ironically it was when I migrated to Canada in my 20's that I had it again at a Jamaican family event and really enjoyed it. It's good if you can get past all that collagen texture. With butter beans, it absolutely delicious!

@SpiritualCleanse seems like it would need to cook for hours; mostly bones. I can't deal with chicken feet; I never had them, but my uncle loves them. I can't eat them because of the way they look, but they look good when I see the way they cook them. No goat, rabbit, deer, squirrel, cow tongue. Love chitterlings, but can't eat everybody's. I would only eat my sister's, but she passed 10 yrs ago; therefore, it has been over 10 yrs since I had any. But most Jamaicans own pressure cookers(unless they're cooking for KZbin videos, it seems), and pressure cooker cuts the cooking time significantly. What might have taken 3 hours is cut down to 45 minutes... We mostly use chicken feet in soups, but also rarely as curried chicken feet. Both ways it's quiet pleasant to foreigners who expected worse. What you call chitterlings, we call tripe, and that's also cooked curry style with butter beans. First time I had it was in a Jamaican restaurant in Toronto. It's very delicious 🤤 Any way I have gone on long about food too... Take care 😁
