Old speedo cable works great as a fish tape… still have mine from my ‘68 Bug i owned in HS. No fiber glass splinters!

Haha, thanks, and likewise. Your work is super clean! The lights are just some generic lights but we wanted something that fit into the bumpers.

@Sam_Mebane Oh wow, man! That's some high praise! I super appreciate it. Yeah, my next couple of videos are all about the rear suspension, I originally refurbished some 3x3s like what you have, but ended up deciding to swap for 5x5s. I've kinda fell down the rabbit hole when I went to 35" tires. That kinda sparked some major changes to the build. Speaking of which, I'm back on the cage this week (Videos coming in August), but speaking of going 'outside the box' I'm planning going to snake the A-pillar bars behind the dash and then install a new dashpad to finish off the look. Definitely wish me luck!
