For the waterstrider: You can make timetravel worldquests. On 17th is the next event at least in eu and you can change the badges out of it for reputation tokens to push your rep with the anglers to max for arround 5 k timewarped badges. Those rep tokens are acc bound as well, so you can buy the required ammount with all your toons timewarped badges and just send them over to one toon who has the highest rep already.

Quick tip for the Angler's mount. You can turn in 50 timewalking badges for angler's rep tokens (300 rep per), and the tokens are BoA. You need about 100 rep tokens to go from neutral to exalted, which equals 5000 timewalking badges. MoP timewalking is out right now, so this is definitely the time to get the mount if you dont have it yet :)

Getting the water walking mount from the anglers by using MoP timewalking badges. Turning in badges for rep tokens basically to get u exalted with anglers for their mount

I got my water walking mount this way. You do one MoP timewalking per alt, turn in the quest for 500 timewarped badges. You can buy rep tokens with the timewarped badges and the tokens are BoA, so mail them to one character (human if you're smart, I wasn't).

Firstly I want to say this is a great well put together video. I always rushed to max level as fast as possible. But, this expansion, im just gonna go with the flow a bit more. I see this recurring trend of people trying to get to max lvl as fast as possible, and then clearing content as fast as possible, and then complaining theres nothing to do. Kinda like when you see someone complaining about how fast you level in retail, but they're wearing full heirloom gear and popping 300% xp potions.

2:35 It's nor hard to get exalted with Army of the light. Just by leveling you get to Honored I think, also single quest on Argus gives around 1650 reputation if you are a human(If I'm not mistaken, did 4 AotL quests few days ago).

Tip for rogues = buy/craft some Rocketboots (they're quite expensive though) you can boots your movement speed up even higher then mounted AND you stay stealthed for 30 sec AND you can even walk on water with them.

Should talk about tomtom. Good addon. Some quests, particularly in voldunn have some quests with items in specific locations that aren't marked on the map but they are static. Quick macro with those coordinates to their location to put waypoints on the map and you're really saving a ton of time searching aimlessly.

You might also consider getting the artifact fishing pole and dumping enough artifact power into it so that you can walk on water and turn into a fish when you go underwater. It's really fast *and* you don't have to worry about running out of air like you do on the underwater mounts. It's easy, although a bit time consuming, to get. Really worth it IMO though.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned but there's another rune that falls under the "Items" category. The Inquisitor's Menacing Eye adds 24 to Agi and Stam and can be looted in the DH starting area. Only DHs can get it but if they do get it, they don't have to go through the hassle of starting up a garrison inn, grinding rep and what not. I just went through all 12 of my 110s and got the 1000 wakening essence to buy their legendaries lol. For the most part, I bought the movement speed ring and bubble necklace, since they're both pretty good for leveling. Now I'm just confused about what I should actually be doing lmao. I have a max level of every class, so I have a lot of options for BFA but I'm debating between leveling a Rogue or a Feral Druid atm. My Druid is a Night Elf, so at least I can disengage that way, but it still can't compare to vanish. It also takes 6 seconds to reenter stealth, where rogues can do it in a global CD. Rogues are slower than feral druids overall, and they insta-mount or do stuff while mounted like Druids with their travel form. They also can't be tanks, healers or ranged dps... However, during that first leveling experience, I'll probably be playing Feral anyway. And Rogues are just generally better than Feral at being Rogues...

As many pointed out I forgot to mention Time-walking for the mount that that has passed for a while now. Also I know Prydaz takes the spot of Heart of Azeroth, but the Heart of Azeroth only offers 15 ilvls higher than Prydaz. Even with the Heart in your bags, you can still use azerite armor, traits and earn azerite for your heart. Regardless I still recommend using only offensive legendaries. Prydaz is just for minute scenarios where someone may be struggling to survive. Also yes i did not mention legion flasks because everybody knows about them, if you want to use the gold to buy them and use them over the re-usable items i mentioned, then go for it. Also specific legendaries can now be purchased with Wakening Essences and every 110 Character gets a free legendary from their Mythic chest (even if you didnt do a mythic dungeon last week). -COMMENT/LIKE/SUBSCRIBE =)

In pandaria there is a raft... that is a toy, and if you keep jumping you can go pretty fast..... if you are a shaman or a druid you will go almost 310%speed.... twice better than the mount .... hope it helps

This isn't for getting BFA leveling easier, however with weekly quest's for azerite you can easily make lots of gold early by farming mats, their prices are going to be quite high for the first half of the Xpack, It's like 750 per and there is like 10 or so quests, each quest is for all the professions, gold, new garrison resource, ect. Also seems like selling these items is a quick way to make some gold

Prydez not really worth since it shares a slot with heart of azeroth. Sephuz might be worth a mention as it gives a raw movement speed increase and then a sprint whenever you interrupt or stun.

Only issue I have with heart if Azeroth is that all it does is start with a great ilvl. But 280ilvl is pretty damn high right at level 110. Sephuz is an interesting idea!

A quick question someone here might be able to answer: Will the BFA gems go up in stats? Currently on live when looking at the future gems of BFA, they have the same stats as legion ones (+9 in a stat). If they do stay the same, I think I may just stock up a bit on each one for me and my friends. I plan to get to 120 day one so having max gems at the beginning can be very helpful

Good video, with a lot of helpful tips. But I do have one small piece of constructive criticism. Check facts before doing commentary, not during post production. I heard you mention the XP gems and how they require 200 ilevel, but added an update on the screen how it was changed to 100 ilevel. However, when you were hovering over the gem the tooltip clearly showed 100 ilevel, so this was not changed after you shot the video, but before. Edit: Also the mounts. You mentioned the Darkmoon sea mount, but not the recolored BfA version that is obtained from fishing. It is fished in any coastal open waters and has a reasonable drop rate (in my opinion, since I got mine by 94 BfA fishing skill, under 300 casts). It can be caught in under 3 hours of fishing time if you are patient enough. I had it in about 1.5 hours. This is way faster than the sea turtle was to obtain, which I still haven't obtained.

The rune buff item that costs 40k gold, will be removed on BFA launch. You'll be able to sell it for 4k. There was an identical item in Warlords and blizzard just blatantly removed it's buff ability and made it possible to sell for few thousand gold.

The Empowered Augment rune from WoD is still in the game as I am currently looking at the vendor selling it in tanaan jungle but has a lvl 109 cap on it so most likely the legion one will have a 119 cap on it which is completely fine.

lul i never had anyone gank me on my WW monk is like a coin flip that you'll almost always lose because of how hard a WW monks burst is, and the longer the fight goes on the harder that monk is gonna hit you for. I remember getting ganked once in legion while doing the nightborne stuff... i never seen a rogue engage and fuck off so fast before in a losing fight.

There's a trinket from the Halls of Valor called "Hunger of the Pack" it increases movement speed after a kill. I plan to have that on+bear tartare until it stops working. I used that plus the "Warp Walking" effect in Suramar in early pre-flying days of Legion. As a DH I could get across the zone with ease using all my movement. I gotta say Jburton I gotta disagree with your Prydaz recommendation. While I do agree that the shield is strong you're sacrificing your azurite amulet to do so. Also there was no mention of Sephuz, and a 30 second CD mini-lust is pretty friggen strong imo.

u r missing the Fel Meteorite + Goblin Glider combo = Flying in BFA ;) extras: katys stampwhistle or moll e (or the used unique mailbox thingy from the garisson) + drums + gun shoes + other things i cant remember :D

this guy has got it. What i am also doing is buying a few thousand Potions of Prolonged Power. They give a big chunck of stats. they last for a minute and the cooldown is a minute. So you have way more damage to work with all the way to max level.

if only there were fel meteorites to buy on AH. My AH was empty last time I checked and they are so rare that during my entire playtime on multiple alts, I looted 2-3, I remember using 1 of them just to see the effect. Is Emerald winds usable in BfA? I still don't have it, I hated the bubble quest.

@jburtonemo What can you tell about arms? A really like it in legion in PVP but on raids it has really poor ST damage. How situation looks in BFA? Frost DK or Arms?

I haven’t been able to spend a whole lot of time on dk. For me arms feels very similar to how it was in legion. Frost may be the safer bet but in terms of numbers it’s still hard to tell since it was beta still. But in pvp I like arms more than frost. Wish I had a more helpful answer :(

For some reason the scaling is odd. The fel focuser rod gives more stamina and just slightly less dps stat. So they r really close

Watching this i advice different legendary items. If you are rich. Get crafted one with ton of gem sockets and something else with socket. Then just add 5% gems. Makes better impact then any legendary buff, plus buffs they give are decent for leveling. And, use antorus set gear if you can. I leveled two paladins, one generated with crap gear and then my main. Huge difference.

I see what your saying but for the 5% gems u can only have one equipped. Tested just yesterday. When u try to equip 2 exp gems u get an error saying you can have only one of that kind of gem equipped. When it initially released on beta that requirement wasn’t in just yet

For the experience stuff: Can't you just do your quest etc. and when you want to turn it in you put on your heirlooms and boom, get the bonus ep? For fights you equip your BfA equip again and you good (you can do this quickly with sets, just 1 button press and in a second you switched your set). Does that work or is the bonus ep over 110 from these items disabled?

I’m pretty certain once u hit the max level of your heirloom level, the bonus exp stops. I’ll have to look more into that to make sure I’m not lying lol

Yes, that was my question :D Bcs, I once leveled and forgot to upgrade my heirlooms (long ago ^^) and it seemed the exp was the same as before. And btw. very nice video! very helpful!
