It is sad you cannot do it in 1.21 but you could just find a zombie villager in a swamp and cure it other than that the method was great and informative keep up the good work JC Playz

Not much but it made it so you can’t go to a village and get the villager you have to grab two villagers and breed them in a swamp then wait until the baby is grown up then you can trade to get mending or you could cure a swamp zombie villager So basically Mojang is adding villager nerfs

I'd just put rails leading to the mechanism from the front and once the cart stops you destroy the rail on top of the piston

I wish someone would design a good 'Skeleton killing creeper' designs, if a skeleton shots a creeper until it dies it drops music discs, I find it hard to lure and trap creepers, normally make a long building and trap a skeleton then try to get creepers to drop down in to a spot between me and the skeleton, I die so much! Hope this makes sense

Hey All! Just want to let you know, I built this in Bedrock (PS5) and it works fine. Here are a few things though to expect and just generally how I set it up: - I built it exactly like JC did, just modified the building and got my villager in there differently - My world is set to "Hard Mode" - As JC said, the villager MUST not have a job prior to putting him in there. And it MUST not be a baby villager or the Nimrod villagers with the green coats (they cannot trade). - ensure the villager links to the bed and you see the green particles - ensure this little station is at least 100 blocks from a village, I went like 500 to be safe. Verify your spot using chunkbase just to make sure you're not seeing another villager close by - I built mine in a savanna biome - On Bedrock PS5, the cursor is super finicky when it comes to checking what trade the librarian has. Hover your joystick closely over the trade (as shown in the video). Its not a sticky icon for your cursor - I swapped trades I bet maybe 80 times? Took about an hour - but I got mending. Hopefully this helps people

The worst part about bedrock villagers is that you can’t see what the enchantment on the second book trade is

Click on the villager that has a book on the book where the trade is done. Below there is an enchant words aka minecraft enchantment. Letter click on that than you will be able to see the enchantment. I learn that the hard way. If you don't understand what I mean try Googling it or watching a youtube video

You have to keep breaking the lectern until it gets mending if not make a villager hut and breed villagers to make more of them to get more librarians. Hope this helps
