Orginally this model is from Dindugal city south india. where these locks had been made. Recently they got GI tag for these locks ....if u search dindugal locks there will be more of it..what you having is from Aligarh from North india these are replica..Aligarh also famous for locks..Dindugal is the oldest ..till now they are making now no one know its value..soon ill buy this..

There's Aligarh written on it. so, apparantly it's made in Aligarh, one of the few cities famous for lock making.
